5 stars because Michele is the definition of customer service. We went in tonight looking to do a battery replacement through warranty, but had some trouble locating the purchase in their POS. We ended up leaving with the intention of coming back the following day to speak with a manager, but Michele ended up calling us that same night to tell us that she found the transaction and we could do the battery replacement that same night. We went back and Michele had us in and out in less than five minutes with a new battery replaced via warranty. Thank you, Michele! O'Reilly, this woman needs a promotion her customer service is top notch.

The workers there are super friendly and nice. Recently had to buy a part for my Jeep but in the end didn't even need it. When I went to return it, the process was so simple and quick. I don't even know why I was worried. She just checked it and was like you're good to go. I always get worried that some places don't take returns. They were also so helpful in helping me find the parts I did need.

I didn't catch her name but she had purplish/reddish dyed hair. She was extremely helpful with replacing my lights in our Jetta Volkswagen today. And the rest of the staff was very helpful as well. I truly appreciated their time! Wonderful service. Highly recommend this location!

Nice store, finally a close auto parts store with helpful staff. One issue, why do they park the shop trucks in front of the store? It’s a small cramped little parking lot and instead of having upfront parking for the customers they’ve always got these trucks taking up half the parking right in front. As a business owner I always have my guys park away from the business so it’s as easy as possible for the customer. Just something that bugged me.

O'Reilly is rapidly becoming my first stop for auto parts. They have a wider selection than I have found anywhere else, and they have a distribution center less than 20 minutes away from me. Their staff is knowledgeable, and eager to assist.

Friendly & very accomodating. Offer Military discount & price matching too. I recently bought a rear left power window assembly made by Dorman and one of the tech spent some time to find out the absence of thread on the mounting base of the motor housing. We both discovered that the original holt was a self tapping. Its simple but the point was, his willingness to help and find the solution. Great store location at Benton Rd. Highly recommended.

Just stopped in this morning to get wiper blades for my car and had the most pleasant experience with a young associate named Austin. He made a recommendation for wipers based on my need and was extremely patient with me when I asked him to show me how to put them on as opposed to just having him do it for me. Thank you Austin. I will definitely be back.

This place has everything we need. And the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We will never go to another auto store again.
