Great people, lots of help

I have used this company several times recently. I have asked for a detailed bill of why my material costs were so high and still waiting. I want to pay my bill but I also want to know what I am paying for.

I had an appt to hook up my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. I text the plumber to let them know I arrive home early to find out no one is coming to my home today. All I expect when something comes up is a courtesy call to say something came up and we can't make it. That is being respectful in my mind.

I hope others have better experiences.

I called them for a follow-up appointment and they didn't show up

Incompetent, rude, thieving, didn't fix my furnace right and left the doors off and were very rude when I wanted them to come back and put them back on. The furnace is doing what it was before it quit so they didn't fix it right.
