Elder's Ace Hardware- South Knoxville

Love Ace Hardware. They're great to get the little things I need. They have lots of great merchandise that you can't get a the big box stores, and employees who really care, unlike at the big box stores.

Probably one of my favorite places to buy anything house related. Everyone that works there is super nice and always really helpful with any questions you might have!

Elders is our new toy store. They’ve always got anything we need and their service is top notch.

Low-key the best hardware store I've ever been too, hands down. They have everything you could possibly need for your home D.I.Y. project. And their prices are incomparable to other home improvement retailers. Also the fact that Elder's is more locally owned than it is a chain store, I feel compelled to go there.

Avenida advise everyone in the store will help you and they're happy to do it that's a very good trait for a business to have. We all go there .

Well you're gonna pay another dollar or two for the convienance but the staff isn't bad pretty helpful when needed very nice store with a ton of tools and products. Good place

I received great help changing the battery in my key fob and saved big bucks because the dealership wanted almost $20 for a $5 battery. In and out inside of 6 minutes😊 Love Elder's Ace Hardware!

They actually care about the customer. I called to ask if they carried a certain product, and I was put on hold while they looked and gave me the price over the phone

I have become a fan of Ace Hardware in the last few years. They are not as large and spread out as the big box stores, but you can find what you need. This store is clean and organized and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Friendly and usually pretty well stocked. Some things are cheaper or comparable to the. Oh box stores. And then others you will pay a premium for convenience (shark bite fittings)

I love that we've always been able to find everything we need and we don't have to buy in bulk if we only need 1 or 2 replacement screws for something. The staff is also always there to help find anything you need.

Since I moved to the area in 2020 Ace has been great, any questions about DIY or home repairs they have answered and always been a great place to buy tools and needed items for DIY.

Great prices, friendly and helpful staff. I love to just look around the store and get ideas for projects. Especially in the corner area where they sell unique gift ideas.
