Starbucks

By far the best location I've been to in a while. Service was smooth and fast and the inside seating area and bathrooms impeccably clean. The barista caught a misunderstanding between us in my order before I did (clarifying tea latte vs brewed tea) and all the staff seemed to be taking the time to connect on a person-to-person level instead of just moving the customers through the line. It gave a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for the hour or more I worked there without either becoming obnoxious/interfering on one hand or slowing the pace of service on the other.

Great customer service and the lady was super sweet. She also greeted us and told us bye. The drinks were amazing and everyone who goes to starbucks should definitely come here. 😋🤪

This really is probably the best Starbucks location.. and its right here in the epicenter where I live. Never had a bad experience. I know that Starbucks as a whole has gotten bad press. However, the folks at this store are always pleasant throughout the day. Never had a bad experience.

Nice location with drive thru. Opens up early. Order was correct served right away.

I love this place. Their food and drinks are out of this world. I dropped my drink and they cleaned it up right away and didn’t get mad at all Even after I asked if I could help many times. They are amazing.

I absolutely love this location, love every single crew member(former or current). Always greeted with smiles and they always take care of me. Ignore any of the negative reviews from the entitled people who find it difficult to understand that we are all human beings who can easily make mistakes. If your order is incorrect, nicely tell the employee whats wrong and then see how much of a difference that makes , instead of wasting time out of your life to write a negative review to bash a store location. Always remember that what you dish out into the universe is what you get back. Man i can only wish that my biggest problem out of the day was that foam was left off of my drink…lol .. or that i had to wait a little bit longer in the drive thru for my cold brew(hey that rhymed)🤔. Anyway, although everyone is not the same. This particular crew is awesome. Love them all.

I definitely chose the right place when I needed a pick me up. I felt seen as not only a customer, but a person. Unforgettable in the best way.

Fine Starbucks. Tried the blended protein drink. Highly recommend you don't get it. Not sure why Starbucks approved this (even the staff thinks it is terrible). Back to the drawing board

Today I was there with my mom. One of the best customer service that I have ever received from all the Starbucks branch. Employees are very polite, kind, friendly, they know what they are doing. I wish I could remember the barista name ( guy) very friendly, sweet god bless him and bless all who work there . Please do not change any of the worker they are the best.

This is a good Starbucks. There is not a lot of inside dining but it is rarely very crowded.

The woman who took our order was so sweet! If this Starbucks was closer to my home I’d definitely cone here more often! If you’re in the area, definitely give them a visit!

This is my favorite Starbucks location, they make my drink right and consistent every single time! I go a little bit out of my way just to visit this location because I know it’ll be a good drink and not burnt, watered down, or have anything missing.

The Vestavia Starbucks is one of the best locations in the city. They have a great manager and the team is outstanding. This a fun location to meet friends over coffee.

Everyone is great! They are all polite and nice! They listen to you if you have a special order & they get it correct! They don’t mind e planning anything on there menu to you either! Love this place not all Starbucks are like this one!!

I usually don't go to Starbucks regularly, but this one location is certainly an exception. A perfect is example is Teresa, who not only is uplifting and a great person to start the day with, she gave me an incredible modification for the Green Tea Matcha Latte. I'm calling the 'Teresa Special', go ask for it and you'll never drink that any differently again :)

I am a Starbucks partner, a little concerned about the previous partner who made a review for this store. First, a regular customer can not receive a partner's discount just by asking for it. There are certain rules against that, you may use your partner discount for family members and if you think it might make the situation right. For example if a customer had a bad experience at another store you can make the moment right by giving them a free drink. Second, this partner admitted to using other partners discounts "just to get on other partner's nerves" which is against starbucks policy. You aren't allowed to give your partner number to friend's and family, it's actually a fireable offence.
So, the partner working at the register is absolutely in the right for doing what she did. Who ever is the Manager at this store I strongly recommend you report this to the district manager, partners aren't allowed to abuse their discount like this.
