Store manager always willing to help. Fast and friendly atmosphere, busy store, but worth the waiting for store manager customer service, conversing with multiple customers and assisting one by one as quickly as possible, she is super professional and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees are very helpful. By far the best Metro PCS in Brighton. No one rates this amazing Wireless store in town. I never had any issues with this store. Has all of the phones here and good people to talk to.

Very helpful & friendly stuff. Store manager was very welcoming and honest with me- she helped me out to recover my old email from an old phone number I used to have years ago. She helped me set up my facebook account, personal media and contacts.

Most of students are college students and they provided an excellent customer service as well. Being a customer since she was by herself with no employees to help, she is been a multi-task since I met her back in 2014.
