Mr. Electric of Elizabethtown

I am so impressed by the excellent and thorough job completed by electricians Kevin, Dakota and Liza, who is in the office. They went above and beyond to help me when a tree in my yard took down the power lines and the power company required me to have repairs completed before I could get power restored. They were very well organized and worked together to complete the repairs in an expedient way. Liza was doing all of the preparation necessary in obtaining a permit, and working with Kentucky Utility Co. To expedite my repairs to return me to full electric power. She kept me well informed every step of the way. She was very sweet and professional and really seemed to care about my emergency. She has shown the best customer service that any company would be proud of. I also think that both electricians, Kevin and Dakota were just that personable as well. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair quote and made the necessary repairs in a quick and thorough manner. They were so efficiently working in tandem that I was very impressed. It was a pleasure working with all three of these highly skilled people and I cannot state enough how satisfied I am with their fine work. Since moving to Kentucky and dealing with so many issues that come up with owning a home, I have not found anyone with such great customer service, as I have with Mr. Electric. I look forward to contacting them again in the future for other electrical work that my home is need of, because I feel that these people really are trustworthy and so outgoing and friendly, and I value that level of professionalism very highly. The project was an enormous success! Shaun's work was great and his attention to detail made all the difference. His engineering skills were put to the test when wiring our deck and Shaun came through. We enjoy our new awning even more than before thanks to Shaun!

I just don't have the vocabulary to express how great Mr. Electric is. From the time I called them to the time they finished, was just Excellent. They were super polite and professional, and made me feel like a person, and not a $ sign. They take no short cuts and work very well together. I will never call nobody else to take care of all my electrical needs, I consider them friends now. To everyone who reads this, hire them to take care of your needs with confidence you will not be disappointed.

I greatly appreciate Sean Woodcock, Robert Vincent and Kevin Buchanan, they all are very knowledgeable and very helpful, I gave them a very long list of things I wanted done and they got the list done plus some. Sean even cleaned up all the mess.

The repair guys were terrific. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. They were polite and personable. And cleaned up. I will call them again. Great service.

Kevin and his assistant from Mr. Electric did some work for us and the experience was excellent. The price was good and they were open and honest, with no upselling. Communication was good, with Liza and the others in the office always fast and friendly.
We will use them again for other projects, and will reccomend them to others.

Rob from Mr. Electric came by to install a new doorbell system for my home. We talked it over and came up with exactly what I needed and agreed on a fair price. He was very swift and efficient, and left absolutely no trace of the work he had completed! Very professional and courteous as well. A top tier experience overall, and I'd highly recommend them, and especially Rob! Excellent service from beginning to end!
