Loved the cafe. Its clean and staff was really good. Restrooms were so clean.

The wait staff was very kind and pleasant when my son and I went in yesterday afternoon. So helpful and the kale smoothie I got was so good! It was a great choice after working out at Planet fitness.

Acessiblex, easy app to preorder. Refreshing and also clean. This avocalada smoothie is my safe food and Trop Smoothie will have my business forever 10/10

Love this place! They are always pleasant and work hard to get orders done. I have ordered in person for take out and also dine in. I have also ordered on the app as well for pick up. It's all very easy and I enjoy their rewards program as well. Even if they do make a mistake, they are quick to fix it and make sure you are good.

The girls who work here in the morning are always so cheery and kind, and they’ve demonstrated quick service and once, when there was a bit of confusion with pick up orders, they remedied the situation at such a fast pace, it was impressive. I am so sad that the hours have changed, but I understand the shortage of staffing. I do miss my morning smoothies, and I find that I don’t patronize TSmoothie as much as I use to because our times don’t match up anymore. I hope someday this location can go back to their earlier hours!

I always just get the jetty punch (banana and strawberry) with a shot of whey protein because I'm basic and that is tasty. I can't bring myself to order pea protein because that sounds gross. Only thing I have to complain about is $14 for two smoothies...

Got hooked on their smoothies and have helped me to keep on my healthy diet. My daughter loves their Big Kahuna meal. She is constantly asking mommy for her special smoothie! Keep up the great work Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

This place treats me great!! They start making my smoothie as I walk through the door. Always a pleasant atmosphere, employees are all very kind. Always greeted with a smile. I go here regularly for lunch. Always very clean!!! PEACE

Great value for a healthy lunch. Friendly and fast service. One issue - was told that they are not allowed to accept tips. Tipping should not be mandatory at a casual place like this, but a tip jar should be allowed for exceptional service. This is from a customer, please allow your employees to have a tip jar!

This is the best tropical smoothie location I’ve been to. The smoothies always taste amazing, blended perfectly & they’re always so fast no matter the time of day. I love it here

They are always nice to me, I presented a problem I was having with my order at another location and the manager (I believe) told me the potential problem and how I should order to fix it. Super nice & clean store. One of my favorite locations!

I love this location. Every time I have gone to this location I have not been disappointed. I've been to other stores that can't seem to be consistent with the smoothies. This location makes the perfect smoothies. Once my fiance and I move I am going to miss coming to this location :(

Had a bit of a hiccup when I was in once recently, but management went above and beyond to fix the issue and make it right by me. Great customer service.

My daughter loves this place! Her favorite thing here is the Bahama Mama and Avocado Grilled Cheese without tomato spread!

I have purchased about 20 smoothies and about 10 menu items from this location and only two smoothies were a disappointment. One because I wasn't a fan of the flavor (totally personal preference) and the other because the smoothie was light on ice and not really frozen. The Sunrise Sunset is by far my favorite. I always get the splenda substitute and cannot notice a difference. I did try no sweetener once and will never do that again as it lacked a lot of flavor and tasted like lightly seasoned ice. I miss the cha cha siracha flatbread as it was outstanding but the Hawaiian bbq is pretty good too. I wish they offered a 1/2 wrap option as the wraps are HUGE. Even a 1/2 wrap with smoothie would be awesome! Staff is always friendly too and gives good food suggestions.
