Went to mid south to pick up my first allotment for the fire department. I was greeted by one of the employees, Karen, and she was incredibly helpful. She was able to pull up everything I needed and had knowledge of what products other firefighters were using and liked. I also had my wife and daughter with me, and Karen treated them both with kindness and respect. I recommend working with Karen whenever you go to mid south to get anything that you need. Will definitely be asking for her anytime I go back.

Joined a new department and came here for uniforms and had the best experience with Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Mary. They were so professional and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place !

Karen assisted me with a smile and was most helpful completing a complicated order. I was able to leave with most all my items that were in stock. The custom embroidery is expected within a few weeks. Great service, supplies, and experience.

Karen and her co-workers were outstanding with the prices and details they put into my bureau shirt. It fits like a glove AND won't take any time to pick-up once its done. I wish the city would let me use my allotment here instead of with GALLS.

The lady that waited on us was very professional and friendly. Very efficient. She waited on 5 people, myself included, while the other person that was attending the counter, disappeared-leaving 2 customers standing at the counter for at least 20 minutes. As I was leaving, another person came out to attend the counter, as well

I visited Midsouth Solutions today to pick up things I ordered in March. My order has been there since May, but I had to mentally prepare to pick it up.

The delay was due to me dreading having to come to this place. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. Today, the service was different.

Today I received excellent customer service from Elanna and another young lady (black female) at the counter. They were very attentive and ensured each customer was acknowledged. Without skipping a beat, they cleared the lobby of all customers and did so with a pleasant attitude.

It appears they may be the solution to Midsouth Solutions' lack of customer service. Today I received 5 star service. Thanks ladies.

I have been in here twice in the last year to get uniforms. Karen has been a huge help both times. Always friendly and willing to meet all my last minute needs. 💯 recommend seeing her.

Always helpful when we just show up without notice to get new guys uniformed up, today's visit, Staff member Bridget, was the lucky one to help us out when we didn't know any sizes of anything we needed, but quickly got the guys fitted, patches put on, and with a smile. They were really busy when we arrived and not a bad attitude in building that we saw. 👍

Although they service most departments in the Shelby County area and as such have a high volume of business, their staff is always friendly and accommodating. For example, when I stopped by today, Katie went above and beyond with her display of customer service and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed, all with a smile on her face, like always. Would definitely recommend.
