I’m 16.5 hours away from this store I used to shop at several times a month, sometimes weekly. I still am able to shop their live videos, website and snag some of the clearance items I’ve been waiting for (or honestly just missed). I can’t wait to come back to Mississippi to do a huge haul in person again!

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while but during there last give away event I met the minimum requirements to get a mystery prize but was never sent one. The prizes ranged in value and when I reached out I waited a while for a response, when they did get back to me they said I would get a 5$ credit. I never received it and when I reached back out instead of looking into it they said “it should be there” just really upsetting customer service .

Customer service is definitely lacking. Called to see if they could check if one of their items was in stock at their Hattiesburg location. Employee stated “I can not do that. We are just too busy today to do that.” Incredibly rude and just unprofessional.

Super cute store. Just way too jam packed we couldn’t even tell what we were looking at, and the employees didn’t try to greet or help me or my friend find what we were looking for. If they had, I’m sure we both would’ve ended up buying something! Although it smelled amazing and they were playing Christian music which was a plus for me.

Great store but better employees needed! It’s like pulling teeth to buy anything as products stored in the back instead of on display.... hard to buy if you can’t see what you have!!!

Purchased a mardi gras dress online and it did not fit, they will not even offer store credit because “it’s a holiday item”. That was not disclosed in the items listing when i purchased it. Their size chart was not accurate and now i’m stuck with an item i can’t wear? Return policy is pathetic, they scam you into keeping your money basically. Mind you it is Jan. 8 and this is a full priced mardi gras dress, not only was it more expensive on their website than many other small boutiques but shipping was overpriced and now to not even be able to get their store credit not that i actually would shop here again but i was going to offer it to someone else for free. I feel scammed out of my money and will absolutely not be shopping here again and i don’t recommend you shop their website either. I checked their website and all other sizes are sold out and there’s one left in the same size i got so it’s not like the product is not moving, it’s giving fast fashion and not very ethical.
