I had a wonderful experience here from sign in to check out. The whole staff was friendly, helpful and patient. I highly recommend the facility!

Dr Borhan put me at ease right from the start. We discussed my plan to see what might be going on with my body. He was kind and for those 10-15 minutes made me feel like I was the most important person in the room and that he genuinely cared about me and my health.

Had went for my first visit with Doctor Martin. Had just a follow-up to a pain with kidney stones. But more of a consultation. Since it was my first time. But he seems to be a good doctor thus far. Didn't really discuss about my prior surgery of prostate cancer but will discuss it more with him.

The doctor came into the exam room and said how can I help you. I describe my concerns. He lays out a plan with no pressure for any alternative. I pick out an approach and book some test dates and we get it done in 10 minutes. My doctor exuded confidence that set me at ease.

I had a great experience with Dr.Faisal. She listened to all of my concerns and was very educational. I feel confident that she will help me get the care I need.

My first visit with Dr.Martin. I am 83 and he looked 15. He explained future procedure and answered all questions, I was impressed. His assistant replace my catheter bag better than anyone to date. She was very good!

Dr. Faisal is extremely good at explaining medical procedures and conditions in addition has excellent attentiveness to patient concerns.

On time for appointment. Dr listened to my concerns and issues. She explained the procedure and step to be taken to move forward.

Dr. Faisal is amazing! All the staff is very amicable and professional. Service is timely and thorough. Dr. Faisal takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to troubleshoot. She makes time to answer any questions I have and explain things to me in a basic manner I can understand. I highly recommend this office for any urological needs.

Unlike any other urologist I’ve been to in the Valley. Most urologists I’ve found to have less than stellar front desk staff, but this one was fantastic. Great experience right off the bat. Dr. Lipson only took about two minutes to enter the room after I had been taken back, and he spent time getting to know my history as well as what sort of care plan we should have moving forward. I greatly appreciated his bedside manner and the thoroughness of his approach.

Staff was great, checked in quickly. Was asked questions appropriate to issue and was able to provide detailed answers. Dr.Cooper is great, discussed issue and provided advice and solutions. Happy I found this practice!

Office was professional and courteous. The medical staff and Dr. Lipson were very professional and patient centric.

Doctor Faisal is wonderful. She listens well, is friendly, and she's also very open-minded which for me is so important! She also doesn't make me feel rushed. I wish more urologists were like her! :)
