Oh my god this place is amazing! We had the pleasure of having the owner help us tonight who was as sweet and bright as her ice cream! The location is great, the ice cream and pancakes are delicious, and they also offer fresh produce and frozen locally sourced meat items. Definitely a great business I’m excited to frequent! 🍦🍨

I visited this place multiple times now and kids absolutely love this place. There are various options to choose from, the icecream flavors are good and in store made waffle cone tastes good. The young staff is very attentive and friendly.
They have small meeting room sort of area and my boy was just not leaving that area. Whenever I am in the area I will return here.

This is such a cute little place. The staff were full of smiles and helped me decide what to get since it was my first time. The pancake poppers are a neat idea and yummy. I also loved they had hard packed ice cream because I’m sick of custard and ice milk which is what the other local places carry. We will be back for sure.

I was just there today on my way home from the library and it was my first time there. The place is absolutely gorgeous on the inside I felt right at home, I loved being greeted right when I walked in. And the ice cream was the best part I took one but and I instantly fell into with the ice cream. I'm definitely coming back again.

The BEST Ice Cream place I think I've been to! The versatility is astonishingly impressive, and the customer service was even better. I've never been treated so well! Would reccomend to EVERYONE!

Wow, jime, jojo, maddy were spectacular. I’ve never been met with such fine customer service. They were honestly a joy, and helped us for so long figure out what flavors of icecream we wanted, with not getting annoyed at all. And that’s hard to find these days. Anyway shout out to them. They’re incredible. Give them a raise. ☀❤

My family has been here multiple times and have always had a great experience. Last night we got there right at 8pm as they were closing. Without hesitation, they completed our order happily and mentioned how disappointing it is when a business closes right as you arrive. We couldn’t recommend this place more for the ice cream and also the people!

THE BEST. Millie’s is always my first choice for something sweet. As someone who has food allergies (dairy being one of them) I’m so grateful to have options here!! The staff is always so friendly and I’m so glad y’all are in Franklin! Thank you for always serving with a smile. 🍦

This place is heavenly!! Staff are all very friendly, food is amazing, atmosphere is very relaxed! Came by this evening and they've even got a pumpkin decorating station! Also saw fresh produce!

Great locally owned dessert truck with a store front location in downtown Franklin Indiana. Located within the same storefront Field To Fork. Plenty of parking out front on the street or just a short walk from any of the public parking lots in the area. We really enjoyed the "Razzles" that we got, I got Oreo and LB got Reese. Each treat had plenty of blended and larger pieces of their mix ins and the ice cream itself was just right, not to thick and not to thin. The color changing spoons were a unique touch. I am looking forward to my next visit so I can sit down and try the "Tacone". There is also a nice selection of locally sourced items on the shelves and cooler and the signage indicates as if they may be adding more refrigerated and frozen items soon. Definitely worth a stop if you are visiting Franklin or even just passing through

Love the soft serve Vanilla in a waffle cone with lots of sprinkles! We’ve recently been bringing the whole family and getting a half gallon of chocolate or whole milk to split with all our ice creams, it’s great having this option and helping a small business creamery as well!

Our favorite ice cream spot! We used to live in Franklin and talked about how it was in need of a local dessert shop prior to opening. Now that we have moved out of town, we still often make trips back just to visit Millie’s!

Quality customer service, great atmosphere, variety of different treats to choose from. And the prices are very fair. This place is great, I would recommend it to anyone.

Stopped by to check out new Millies Ice Cream and Pancake Poppers eatery - ice cream was good and my granddaughter tested the mini pancake poppers and ate every bite plus scraped the dish! She gave it highest marks! Said it was delicious! The Millies shop is located in store with Field to Fork store and they also have mobile ice cream truck. West Jefferson Downtown Franklin IN if you are passing through.

Millie’s Pancake Poppers are absolutely delicious!!! The fresh fruit toppings are amazing!!! They have several options to choose from or you can create your own one of a kind 😊 it is great healthy treat for the grandkids!!! I can’t wait for the Franklin Farmers Market to open in June 🥰 so we can enjoy them again!!!
