Panera Bread

Clean, airy atmosphere, nice and happy employees.
I had the best lunch at Panera today (open in Franklin, Indiana), chipotle avocado chicken sammy, broccoli cheddar cup soup, delicious iced green tea, along with the best dessert. 😋 I wish Panera would bring back the lemon chicken orzo soup, though.

I have two suggestions:
1. As customers, we need a more open area where we can get our cup lid and straws. That one little cubby is cause for long waiting and a pile of people in the way for others trying to get their cups and drinks. Better layout needed.
2. Larger napkins 😁

The employees here are very kind and seem to enjoy working here. The food is also very good, along with the drinks they make.

Highly recommended if you want some great soup and bread.

This was our 1st time to eat at Panera Bread. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. I had an email gift card she helped me download. The food and service was great. Thank you

This place is new to our area but the service was excellent and the sandwiches we both had were outstanding.

I love the sandwiches at Panera! All of them are delicious. The service can be a little slow but it is worth the wait.
