Great location right off of the Main Street. Beautiful interior and exterior. Nice and clean sitting area and bathrooms. Great coffee and specialty drinks. Friendly staff, quick with orders and delivery. Had to buy the been there series mugs for Hawaii and Maui! Would recommend if visiting.

Greeted with “Aloha” as you enter the store! BUSY BUSY drive thru line is long, but every cars seems to past by quick! Inside is as busy as the drive thru. Wait is about less than 5 minutes depending how much you ordered😅 seems like ordering more than 5 items less is better! Tho the workers here are VERY mindful and assisting me letting me know if my orders were ready. Overall all experience is good 👍🏽 made my drinks fast and tasted great. Plus they had many cool cups and merchandises to pick from exclusive only in Hawaii 🌺🌿

This is the best Starbucks! This is my go to place for when I need my starbies fix! All the staff are amazing, kind and friendly. The manager Anne always makes my day better, she’s such a sweet soul. Love these people and this location!

My regular stop while visiting West Maui. Very service minded and quick. Good people working this store from my experience.

Very spacious both inside and out. Service was great. It has power outlets (go to the bar stool section) and Wifi was fine. Lots of shops nearby (Walgreen 20 steps away).

WOW can’t get any better than this!. SUCH SERVICE especially at this busy location. We are so happy to come on Christmas Day and that experience was enhanced by Michael by simply asking us how our day was despite it being chaotically busy at this store he managed to create a welcoming experience unlike other establishments I have been to. The staff was very energetic & we are thankful for that. The ALOHA spirit is vivid!

Best Starbucks I have been to in a long time! Carley is amazing - remembers everything and treats everyone special. Been there every day for two weeks and the consistent and excellent latte is just a delight! Made my vacation perfect!

Staff is very friendly. One of the better Starbucks that I have been to. Open early at 04:30 is very nice for the early birds. Nothing is cheap but it all tastes good.

This place has definitely improved since they first opened. I usually get customer service with a smile and I love doing the mobile orders when I'm in a rush. They've always been pretty fast and efficient after their first year of being open!

I’m a notorious drive-thru girl, shoutout to Kiki who always makes my day every time I hear her voice! Thank you to the baristas (I’m sorry I don’t know your names) for always making my drinks right.

The line can be long sometimes, but I’ll always wait patiently because I know I’ll get the right drink with awesome customer service!

Starbucks with an Aloha attitude. The employees are exceptionally efficient while being friendly with the customers at the same time. Same great Starbucks products made better by caring employees.

This Starbucks is very conveniently located near the attractions in Lahaina and Kaanapali. The drive-thru line is always terrible though so use the mobile app to order in advance and then walk-in to pick up. You'll pass by all of the people waiting in that long line. Even if you don't have the mobile app, choose walk-in vs. drive-thru. It's a very busy Starbucks though as it's one of the only ones in the area so order on the app if you can. The baristas are very friendly!

Come on it's Starbucks they sell coffee. All is good
