Absolutely fantastic store and amazing staff. We asked them to help us set up a miniature painting party for our daughter's 8th birthday and the team at Portals went above and beyond to put together a truly memorable celebration.

I should've got the gentleman's name who was unpacking some boxes when i popped in on Monday. He clearly has a love for this place and teaching people about what he knows. 10/10 experience. Very clean and well laid out store too.

From a passionate One Piece TCG enthusiast, Portals Games & Comics in Easton, MD, deserves nothing less than a glowing 5-star review. My journey with them began during my quest for the elusive One Piece TCG OP02. The game's popularity had made it a scarce find in local shops, leading me on a search that ended at Portals Games & Comics.

I first discovered Portals through Eventbrite, where they were hosting a pre-release for the new One Piece set. Despite being located an hour and a half away, the opportunity was too good to miss. As a new player, I was greeted with exceptional warmth and friendliness upon arrival. The staff and owners were not only welcoming but also expressed a genuine enthusiasm for both new and regular customers. This welcoming atmosphere extended to the regular players, who graciously showed me the ropes of the game.

My first visit was a resounding success—I not only learned how to play One Piece TCG but also secured the OP02 set immediately after participating in the pre-release. The experience was so rewarding that I returned for the OP03 release. To my delight, Portals not only remembered me but also offered the product at MSRP, a rare find given its sold-out status elsewhere. Participating in another pre-release event, I left as a satisfied customer, already looking forward to my next visit.

Fast forward to today, my excitement for the game has only grown. Despite the increasing popularity of One Piece TCG and the full capacity of local shops, Portals Games & Comics has consistently had the product in stock. My latest participation in the OP05 pre-release was yet another fantastic experience. Post-event, I spent time chatting, trading, and even secured a reservation for the upcoming OP06 set.

The dedication and effort of the staff and owners at Portals Games & Comics are commendable. They have created a welcoming community and a reliable hub for gaming enthusiasts. I highly recommend joining their Discord channel to stay updated on game nights and new releases. Such a great addition to the area and Eastern Shore! Ever since they opened, have always had the best customer service around. I can finally have a place to play Pokemon and meet new people with similar interests.

Great shop, with a huge selection of industry-leading board games. They also have a ton of paints and minis, along with a big Role-Playing section. They even have a section of books and games dedicated and geared towards kids. I'm not a parent myself, but I think that this is awesome, and something I wish I'd see more throughout the Hobby. They've got loads of comics, and a whole bunch of tables for playing games too. They've even got a selection of shop-owned games that patrons can try out before they buy. My wife and I plan to come back and test-drive the Cuphead game soon! I'm just moving to the area, and I'm excited to say that this is now my Local Game Store. Come by, you won't be disappointed!

This was our first time at the Easton location, we usually visit Salisbury. Both have super nice and helpful people and lots of cool inventory and events. Definitely worth a visit!

The only place I go on the Eastern Shore for all my game and comic needs. Amazing game communities, tons of events, and every Portal's employee has a diverse knowledge/specialty on games so there are always answers to questions. Just stop by...you won't regret it!!!

Absolutely adore this place! Locally owned and they just opened a second location in Salisbury! The employees are always crazy helpful and nonjudgmental lol. They have a huge selection of comics and mangas and miniatures and... Just so much cool stuff. Great place to grab a gift for just about anyone in your life.

I walked in expecting another game stop type store. But after walking inside and looking around I realized it was a board, card game, and comic book store which was awesome. I always wished there was a store like this on the Eastern shore. It's a new and growing store and the staff is very cool and helpful and easy to talk to. Also good price on Pokemon cards and they have really cool things in this store plus tables where you and your friends can play board and card games.

Portals is a great game and comic store! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Portals has a huge variety of great games, ranging from tabletop miniatures, deck builders, and more! Also an awesome place to hang out, read a new comic, or bring friends for Warhammer, D&D, or board games. They also host regular nights for various game systems including TTRPGs, DnD, and MTG.

The staff was very helpful and seemed excited to talk to me about comics. Jonah remembered me from a month ago and knew exactly what I wanted when I returned.Was a pleasure to meet a staff member who was excited to be at and doing his job.
