Starbucks

The Barista's there are pleasant and friendly, who do their best and put smiles on our faces. Don't forget the smile of the store Natalie, the store manager, in the picture of the edibly delicious food! People even stay late night to finish their drink and enjoy "what feels like the comfort of home"

One of the employees i think their name is Carl, is very nice and remembers my name each time! I tend to have trouble speaking clearly and get nervous when i order things but theyre very patient and understanding

I stop by this Starbucks often due to the location. Staff are always friendly and attentive even when I'm just picking up my mobile order. (Which, by the way, is always prepared really fast!)

I wanted to leave a review to thank the keen eye of one of the baristas here. I always order my drinks with "light ice" and forgot to do so while placing my order today. My drink was still prepared the way I always like. Maybe it was a fluke, but I'd like to think the barista remembered me and my preference. :) It's small but solidified my appreciation for this location. So, thank you!

Our favorite Starbucks in Shoreline. Always nice atmosphere and kind staff. Carl and Anthony are best baristas. They always make what you are expecting to get. Thank you guys.

Maybe new employees, but it was a very chaotic scene behind the counter and long wait for parts of my order. Usually much better.

While this location doesn't have a drive thru, we did a mobile pickup order that was ready in ~2mins (even though the app said. 10min wait)! Also, the young lady on staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and all around kind. Even though I was only in the store for ~30secs, I felt like I was at a local mom and pop shop that I'd been going to for years!

This location is hands down my favorite. The staff is incredibly kind and genuinely nice, and not the fake customer service nice. They always make my drink perfect everytime I come in, so I love the fact that I will come in every morning knowing my coffee will be good. Everytime I go to a different Starbucks I'm mildly disappointed😂 I honestly feel like the staff should get a rise. Because they are all amazing. Especially morning staff. I strongly recommend coming to this location.

They unionized so I can rest assured the bottom-feeders running the company actually have to respect their workers' needs when making decisions. I won't need to go to any non unionized location anytime soon.

I normally give Starbucks 4 stars because they're so consistently decent (and no better), but the service here was above and beyond. I spent a little while here, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There's plenty of room here to hang out, and lots of wall plug ins if you need power.

I moved here from across the country - knowing no one. Second day in Edmonds I went straight to this Starbucks looking for a friendly face. I sure wasn't disappointed. I found so many! The service: wonderful, as one would expect at a Starbucks. But most important to me, the friendliness and thoughtfulness of the people at this Starbucks ---- very much appreciated by me. I am disabled, and these sweet people went out of their way to make me comfortable. I go there as often as I can get out --- because they make me feel so good. Oh yeah - the coffee being the best in the world helps too. : ) Barbara

In comparison to other Starbucks locations, they update their inventory of the menu on the app on a daily basis so i never end up ordering something they dont have. It's really helpful to people on the go!

Coffee was good, grabbed a banana bread to share with a friend. Bathrooms you need a code to use and at this location to show your covid vaccine record to sit inside. Overall busy.

Very nice baristas and quick service! went at 1030am and wasnt too busy

Quiet, comfortable, clean, the drinks are made quickly, with care and just how you ordered them, the staff are super friendly and helpful with an excellent product knowledge to go with it. This Starbucks is the BEST. Every Starbucks should be like this one

It's like it's my own personal store these folks really bust their butt to make you comfortable serve you quickly put a smile on your face good attitudes wonderful service always right there for you this is my only Starbucks I go to because they know me and they make me feel very comfortable it's like my own little family plus Starbucks has a wonderful program that donates their pastries their sandwiches their coffee to homeless shelters and donate to my Outreach Ministry of Brothers of the Sun this is a great situation for the homeless in downtown Seattle I am proud to be a part of Starbucks as they are helping feed our community who is no waste love this store the best

We're greeted when we walk through the door. Coffee is good but we go to this Starbucks because of the welcoming atmosphere the partners create.

Fast service! I ordered a hot tea, and they made it iced by accident. I explained the mistake and they had my new drink in less than 60 seconds! I was happy with my experience!!

I love this location.. workers are so friendly and they greet me with a positive good morning by name.. and know my order as soon as I walk in.. keep up the good work.
