Had a great experience here! Nice staff, good quality drinks, and the place is spacious and comfortable.
(Also, the person who insulted Jaime earlier in the review has no idea what they're talking about -- they're obviously lying. She's a great manager!)

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Jaime, the manager, is the best manager I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks in all my years of visiting different places. She has the staff well prepared and the atmosphere is the best of all the Starbucks in Texas.

Jaime should be commended by everyone involved at Starbucks for being such an excellent example.

We were poking around town and started the day out with a coffee & sandwich at Starbucks.
The store smelled heavenly from the fresh coffee and it was clean and spacious-extra spacious because of social distancing.
I got a hot peppermint mocha and sis got a frozen caramel crunch drink. The drinks were good, as expected I think I’ll ask for extra peppermint the next time I go though.
Sis got a ham egg & cheese sandwich which she declared as her favorite.

I always have a great experience at this location! Today I had the awesome opportunity to be served by Kaitlyn (not sure on the spelling) and she was simply delightful! Wanted to give her a shout out :) Thank you!

Had a minor issue with my order and Hope was super helpful and had a quick remedy to the problem. Was met with a smile and professionalism. Impressed with the outstanding customer service!

Great coffee and atmosphere. Exactly what I would expect from a Starbucks.

My iced pumpkin spice latte with 2 pumps of the pumpkin syrup, oat milk, and pumpkin cream cold foam is always ON POINT. it’s always just right. I’ve gone here 4 times in a row and it’s been WONDERFUL. I cannot express the value of CONSISTENCY when making craft iced coffees/drinks. I’ve gone to like 3 other locations this week and they both disappointed (bad— I had to go back in to the store 3 times at another location because they kept forgetting my cold foam which costs an additional $1.25) I’ve been to Preston/park in Plano. Eh. It was ok. They forgot my cold foam once. Went to Parker/Custer that’s where things were really sad unfortunately but my drink was corrected to satisfactory level.. eventually.. and I’ve been to another location in mckinney/Allen can’t remember which and it just wasn’t as good/balanced flavor. So I really just wanted to shout out this location for being consistent, fast, reliable, and delicious. Other factors outside of this Starbucks control would be the chick fil A parking lot next door lol but ya know what, you can knock out two birds with one stone and just go to both places.

I really love the atmosphere of this starbucks!..the workers were so professional and the store was clean!!..all the staff were very friendly and informative. I'm from New York in a small trip and decided to get my brown shaken expresso which was really good!!..that one worker there she wears glasses was very nice to me!! I forgot her name but I really love the service!!..thank ya so much!!..

This is a great Starbucks with plenty of room to sit inside and a great patio for hanging outside. I was in town for work and stopped at this location daily. Every drink was made perfectly. And the staff always greeted me with a genuine smile. Plus the store was clean and well organized. Can't get much better.

It is early in the morning. And I received my Iced Mocha🧋 and my Egg Bites🍳!😄

This has long been my favorite Starbucks location! To be fair, I used to work at this location many moons ago so I'm a little biased, but the current staff and the recent remodel are great. I wish the remodel had allowed for more "conversation areas", but it's set up much better than before for working professionals using laptops. It feels a little more cold due to the modern aesthetic, but it's sharp looking nonetheless. Also, there are electric outlets galore, finally!

Plenty of space ... it’s a hit and miss sometimes but you’ll find sitting either inside or outside. I place my order thru the app and they are always fast when I come in to pick it up!! Love it here

Very nice Starbucks and a very friendly staff. There was a minor mixup in the order and they fixed it with no hassle.

Very nice and efficient Starbucks. The huge trumpet vine is blooming on the outdoor trellis. The outdoor patio would a lovely place to sit when the weather cooperates!

We love the morning crew at this location! They are always so welcoming and friendly. Recently, they helped me celebrate by guy’s birthday. I even brought a card for all of them to sign which they presented to him with applause. When you can get coffee anywhere, why not choose somewhere that the people make it great!!

I just wanted to come on here and say that Avery has amazing customer service!
The last two times I’ve been at this location he had great energy and took the time to see how I was doing that day. Sometimes it’s good to slow down and ask how someone is doing. There was a lady both times that was super pushy with him and I just didn’t appreciate the way she was talking to him or training him. She even got the tongs and clapped them in his face. So I can wanted to make sure he knew I appreciated his kindness and excellent customer service. And to the lady who was pushy both times trying to rush him... you made my drink taste terrible. I could tell it was made with no LOVE.

I made a screw up on Christmas using the app for the very first time. The helpful employees took care of me and fixed me up without any issue. They were all nice and friendly and none seemed to mind working on Christmas. For this I am appreciative to this location.

I live within 2 miles of 3 different Starbucks locations. This location by far is my favorite!! I'm a regular customer. I usually go there several times a week. Most of the employees know me by name or know me by my regular order. I find the afternoon service to be better than the morning. In the morning they just don't make my coffee the way I like it. The afternoon & evening employees know exactly how I like it & all are very nice!!!

Quick and easy stop! Drinks are as you'd expect from a good Starbucks. The staff is awesome, Especially Josh with the tattoos. He's personable and remembers a lot of folks that go in semi-regularly. Love this location! Been coming since it opened over a decade ago.

Wow! Beverly at this location is amazing! She has the energy you need on a Monday morning with no energy yourself!!! Extremely friendly and helpful at the drive thru! I haven’t been inside but just having her take my order in the morning put me in a great mood!
