I went to Magnolia Dermatology and Aesthetics for a skin cancer check. I 100% recommend Magnolia Dermatology and Aesthetics. The front office staff and providers are all very pleasant. The MA was thorough and kind.

Dr. Tracey took time to explain everything prior to my exam. She listened to my concerns and I felt validated. Dr. Tracey was very compassionate, thorough and overall a top-notch provider.

I was so excited when Dr. Tracey opened Magnolia at the end of last year. She is so patient and thorough, and I love that she takes the time to explain everything she is doing and to answer all my questions. I highly recommend the practice and have referred several friends who have all had the same positive experience.

I had a very positive experience at Magnolia Dermatology! The front office staff were friendly and I was surprised by how quickly I was able to get scheduled for an appointment! I saw Dr. Tracey who was thorough and listened to all of my concerns. The office is brand new and very inviting— highly recommend!

I had a facial with Ashley. She was so thorough, and she walked me through all of the steps of my first experience. I felt so wonderful and relaxed, and I couldn't believe the difference in my skin. It was glowing! Ashley made me feel great and she is clearly an expert in her field. She is also incredibly sweet. If you want a facial, you should see Ashley!

I recently saw Dr. Tracey at Magnolia for an aesthetic dermatology service and she was so wonderful! She took the time to consult with me about what my concerns are and how best to treat them. Her staff was kind and professional as well! She also assisted me several years ago with a new skin allergy at a previous practice and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Tracey and her practice to anyone seeking either aesthetic or medical dermatology treatments!

I followed Dr. Menon to Magnolia from her last practice. She’s excellent - so kind and friendly, very thorough and takes the time to listen to your concerns. The new office is spacious and beautiful! Very clean, with a relaxing almost spa-like feel. Now my mother has even started going to her and loves her as well!

Had my first appointment recently with Dr. Tracey, and I can't say enough good about the practice. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and professional. Dr. Tracey was excellent to talk to about my concerns, gave me clear, detailed answers on what my options were. I felt like I had her full attention and that she heard all of the things I had to say. She didn't push me in any direction, just explained the circumstances and how different options would work. I'm very happy with the practice.

I went in for laser hair removal (my wife made me). I’ve been dealing with ingrown hairs on my neck for many years. The aesthetician Ashley was wonderful, knowledgeable and skilled at her craft. For any man who has hair in places they are tired of shaving, give it a try!!

Dr. Kavita Menon was great. She recommended great products for my skin and in three days in just a few days my skin was back to normal! The place looks great and is sparkly clean! The staff is very nice and welcoming. Thank you everyone for all you do!

I just saw Dr Menon for a consultation and was very satisfied with her treatment of me and her advice. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs a caring, thorough, knowledgeable dermatologist.

My primary doctor recommended I call here to be seen for a issue with my skin. I have called 3 times in 2 weeks. Left 2 voicemails and still have not heard back from anyone.

Hard to get a hold of. No one answers phones. Leave a message and no one calls back. My doctor sent a referral over and I had to call them back to ask for them to send a referral to another doctor. They were highly recommended to me but I found my experience very poor.

I tried to make a new patient apt today. I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield ins, however even though i clearly advised the woman on the phone that i do NOT want to use a secondary insurance (medicaid) they flat out refused to make an apt. for me. This is absolutly upsurd and unnacceptable!!

Although we managed to get an appt, we did so because we walked in.
My son has Medicare as his primary and Medicaid as secondary. While they DID make an appt, if you read this person's review listed below:

We had the same type of issue. We go to enough Drs. that don't take Medicaid, but take Medicare(his primary insurance), and in all the years, I have NEVER been treated like that. So, we do have an appt, because I am unsure how you can refuse to make an appt for someone who has Medicare, when they do participate with Medicare.
I didn't like the serious tone that the front receptionists had. My son has the same Medicare Advantage plan that my retired husband has. My husband would not have been treated like that. Same plan, different person. The treatment FELT different. People have disabled people that they take care of, that may or may not be family members. The elderly and disabled population aren't second class citizens and shouldn't be treated that way.
And I walked in to their office as I had not received a return call.
