I had an issue going on, not only did I get quick response back, Sean was here the next day. Went the extra mile. Used a camera to figure out the problem. And will be back to permanently fix the issue. I can't thank you enough. And their price for services rendered, very competitive. If anyone needs a plumber please check them out. We contacted Free Flow plumbing to service our lagoon, and our sewer line which required some significant work. These guys did an excellent job! They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They had our issues resolved promptly for a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend their services for any of your plumbing needs, whether the job is big or small I’m confident these guys can get it done.

These guys just left my house. They had to dig up my yard and put in new pipe and cut into the street. I can’t say enough good about them. Honest Dependable and very good work that’s reasonably priced. They are even coming back to plant grass where they had to dig. Added benefit! They will be who I call from now on ! I sent a message late one evening not really expecting an answer until the next morning. I was immediately contacted, and an appointment was set up for the next morning. I had a minor sump pump issue. The guys arrived just a little earlier than expected (awesome!) and then had figured out the solution and repaired the pump in no time. Very professional and courteous. I was charged for the service call and a minor fee for a clamp. I would definitely recommend these guys! Thank you!

Called them last minute this morning for a water leak (we had no water) after another company said "We will stick you in the books". Fixed the problem; no leaks and we have water again! Thank you Free Flow Plumbing! We know who to call next time.

HIGHLY recommend to use free flow plumbing! We bought an investment property and had them do several projects on the house for us including replacing a part of our sewer lines. The owner and his crew are fantastic to work with. Showed up on time, did the projects for us in a timely manner, were very professional and took the time to explain the processes and any concerns to us! Fantastic guys and everything we had them do was priced very well, we will use them for any of our plumbing needs from here on out!

We should have played the lottery after calling Free Flow for our issue. It was our lucky day. When we called with a plugged sewer line, not only were they able to come the same day, but upon accessing the issue of the old lagoon, were able to use their excavator (they happened to have with them) & clean it out (something it needed for several years)! We would recommend this company to anyone for fast & complete service.

After getting a busted water line on Christmas Eve and having lived in this house since 2004 with the lines constantly freezing, at 12 midnight last night I officially had water again, and all the plumbing is now inside the house out of the crawlspace. Had the best crew here, Free Flow Plumbing, Matthew Roed and his crew are amazing, reasonable prices, professional and down right the best! I can not thank them enough for all that they did!

It's hard to find a business that will answer the phone, let alone come and do the work these days. These guys were quick to do both after I had gone without hot water for several days while trying to find a plumber. They were courteous and job seems well done so far. I will be using them for any future repairs.

I can't say enough about how awesome the crew at Free Flow is. We bought an old farm house with no utilities and they went above and beyond to get us running water and septic. We needed everything. They were courteous, hard working, respectful and very knowledgeable. They came in at or under bid on everything. I HIGHLY recommend Free Flow for any plumbing needs.

Free flow traveled out of town late at night to come help me with a sewer back up. They made sure the job I needed was done right, even contacting the city on my behalf to address a backup protector that was faulty but on the city side of the line.

Concerning payment, the final cost for my repairs was LESS than what I was quoted.

I thankfully haven't needed their services in awhile, but my husband and I always recommend them to our friends.
