I gave this store 5 stars because of Martin Kanona. He went above and beyond to help me and is the reason I'm with att for my cellular service. After a very bad experience with the store across from great lakes mall, I was ready to go with another service provider but I tried this store and Martin redeemed att's reputation, with me. He's very good at his job.

Great store. I had a namazing visit very knowledgeable staff. Marty got me into my new S24+ in a timely manner.

Marcus was extremely professional from start to finish. He was patient, very articulate and handled all my anxiety with ease.

I absolutely LOVE the employees here. Very helpful, kind, and patient. They don’t try to oversell at all. Julian Tyler, the other young man (so sweet but I didn’t get his name) and the woman were so so friendly. I would come to this store just to hang out and talk to them 😊. They got me a great deal on phones for my kids, didn’t make empty promises regarding delivery dates. They are honest and great at what they do.

My associate Martin was professional and treated my concerns with respect and understanding.

Assistant Manger Julian Tyler was a tremendous help, he explained the process clearly, and was able to conquer some issues we were looking to get solved. Julian was very insightful, and knew the answer to every question we had, and was very easy to talk to. He was a very cool guy, extremely knowledgeable, and made the trade in process super easy!!

Also. I've been a high volume retail manager for a long time. I was very impressed with the associate working with him. That poor kid had the RUDEST lady in. She was FOUL. I almost said something to her. She made sure to talk down to him so the entire store heard. He was so polite, and kept his composure, and handled himself and the situation professionally.

Julian's service was top notch! He was not only professional, patient, and knowledgeable, but he was extremely kind as well as he assisted me with my technological needs. Definitely recommend using their services!

Marcus has a great way of talking you through the entire process of purchasing a phone. If your looking to change from one service to another I advise coming here and requesting him by name. Well spoken, Very patient, all around great human being!! Way better then boost!
