What a charming experience dining here this morning! A lovely selection of baked goods, coffees and sandwiches topped only by the warm, considerate service. Thank you La Bou team for turning a quick morning stop into a delight.

Very friendly staff, I havn't been here in years, place was very clean, glad I stopped here, getting a dozen chocolate crossaints for my bro in mississippi! Love the spicy tai soup!

Never had been before and my friend took me here,I have to say was quite good,I had the tomato basil egg sandwich on a bagel with a large coffee,really took me by surprise how good it was,staff was friendly and service was good

The employees were really kind and friendly, and the food was good! They wrapped up my basil chicken panini really nicely. It would be nice if they upgraded the menu a bit, since it has bits of paper taped on where they've made changes, but other than that small detail, they were flawless.

You can tell the staff here takes pride in their product. This place is like an elevated-Panera European type of bakery with sandwiches and salads.
Super sweet folks inside, very fast and friendly.
The inside looks a bit out dated, not sure I would dine in but if I’m trying to pick up a nice lunch/breakfast, this place is it!
They also do platters which is good to know 😉 📝
Also their lemon bars are a total weakness 😩😋🤪

I had a mocha that was excellent, a ham and cheese croissanr.that was tasty.and warm with a delicious flaky crust, and ordered a chicken salad croissant sandwich that I took home for lunch that was exceptional 😋! I highly recommend this location, as they have easy parking and access.

Our favorite place to eat. Vrry friendly staff. The 1/2 sandwich combo with Chinese chicken salad or tomato basil soup is delicious. They have mango and apricot iced tea, assortment of other drinks, and smoothies. Assortment of fresh baked goods. There is plenty of inside and limited outside seating.

Great service! I am glad they are not using as much plastic as they could have.

The breakfast egg sandwich with spinach and Asiago cheese was amazing..reasonably priced at $6. Made my day. Thank you. I have a new favorite for breakfast now!

La Bou is one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots. The food is always fresh and served in hearty portions. I love the 1/2 sandwich 1/2 chinese chicken salad combo. Try it you'll like it.

The Folsom La Bou on Blue Ravine & East Bidwell is the best La Bou I’ve been too and the only one I will order food from. They have a friendly staff and the cleanest cafe!! The food is so scrumptious also!! 5 Star for sure!!

There is no better deal than their baguettes: sliced, soft, warm. Plus their amazing dill sauce with the thin consistency that I prefer for dipping. Baguettes are less than three bucks here with a seventy five cent charge for a large dipping portion of the dill sauce. I come here consistently with friends, family, and my boyfriend to enjoy this treat.

Delicious family-owned restaurant; great for lunch. The service is friendly. Soups, salads, and sandwiches made fresh to order. Reasonably priced and lots of free parking.

Good food and friendly staff here. My favorite part about this place is that hey have fresh ingredients brought in everyday. I wish hey had places like this throughout the country!
