The UPS Store

This was the first time going to this store. Reina was very helpful and did a great job of explaining things to me to get me set up with the right service. She is a joy to work with and look forward to being helped by her again

I have been going to this UPS store for at least 4 years. Not one single issue. The staff is always courteous, professional, and provide EXCELLENT customer service. This place is awesome. I give them kudos for often dealing with ill-prepared, arrogant, rude, and entitled customers. Lord knows, they handle those folks better and much friendlier than I could. So thank you for what you do! You are all appreciated.

I have a box for business there, and I am in there almost every day. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Sometimes, I think they made a mistake regarding USPS issues, but it's not them, but USPS. Besides packaging services, .they also offer shredding services

Sam was very helpful and was able to give me a shipping quote! An additional employee working with Sam was absolutely wonderful in helping us get boxes in and out of the store, with my medical issues and recent surgeries, I am unable to move or lift anything over 5 pounds.

I had a great experience with Abby! I was expecting to walk in and face the normal apathetic attitude that most packaging places have, but Abby delivered 5 star service. I was given instructions on how to mail out the title but they weren’t clear so I had to ask Abby a few questions. She didn’t act frustrated or annoyed that I didn’t know how to ship out my title. Instead she was pleasant and very helpful! Give this girl a raise! I’d come back just to work with her.

I changed my mind after they had started packing/shipping my items and decided to just buy boxes and she was very nice and accomodating

The store and employees are just fine. I go here all the time to send packages and the job gets done. Parking is crazy but thats no fault of the store, people need to drive better and pay attention.

I come here to ship packages and I never have an issue. I use QR codes for shipping. They scan it, print a label, take the packages, and I'm out in less than a minute. There's rarely a line and if there is, the employees are efficient. Customer service jobs are hard.. i appreciate the work you all do!

I took Chewy to the UPS Store on Powers next to Safeway. Such a friendly place! They printed my tax info, got it in an envelope and off to Denver. Such a nice experience.

I've gone here several times to return packages with prepaid labels so I don't know anything about their pricing structure, but I can say that the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (even getting a heavy box out of my car). Store is clean, bright, and well stocked. Never had to wait more than a few minutes - staff is quick and efficient.

The manager here is the best he made sure my shipping experience went smooth as possible.

I love being able to return items to Amazon in this UPS store. Typically all I have to do is contact amazon or get on my account and click on the return item button, then Amazon will give me a little barcode on my phone to show UPS. I walk into the store, hand them my item i want to return, let them scan that bar code on my phone, then walk out. I don't have to have the original package and they will do all the work. If there is not a line I can walk in and leave in less than 30 seconds. There was a time when it was a pain to make a return to Amazon and now this store and Amazon working together has made it super simple!

The employees were quick to help me and the other customers in the store, and were very polite. I had a few questions about the packaging process and how to correctly label the box, and the man (he didn’t have a name tag on but my receipt says Dustin) was able to answer all of them and help me get it all set up. I was afraid it would take a long time, maybe half an hour, to go through the process, but he had it done in ten minutes! The staff were very nice and helpful, and the store well-stocked.

Kendall was an amazingly HUGE help for me. I just wanted to leave an outstanding review for her. I went to 3 different UPS stores in town trying to get a prepaid return shipping label so that I could include it in a shipment I am sending out, so the receiver can send the items back to me once processed-and no one seemed to have any clue what I was talking about, that is, until I walked into this UPS store. Kendall immediately asked me how she could help and after explaining my woes she walked me through the entire process, and was extremely friendly. Amazing customer service is NOT dead and I WILL be returning to this store. Thanks so much for your help and concern!!

This is my favorite store by far! I went there to ship a package and return an amazon item and the men there are very knowledgable in what they do. They help me get in and out of there without leaving me with a question and knowing that i left my items in good hands. They also did a wonderful job explaining to me the differences in amazon returns, how to determine if they need to packaged up or not. You guys rock!!

I have no idea what the people who left bad reviews are talking about. I have been shipping packages through this UPS Store for years and have never had an issue. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Way faster than going to the post office, even during the holidays. The location is great too. I can run multiple errands and not have to move my car. I can’t say enough good things about this place and it’s employees. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed!

I don’t usually Wright reviews because this day in age nothing surprises me. However there was a young man who figured out how to recover my prepaid package label saving me the expense of shipping it myself. Thank you!
