Evie and Dr Pepper were wonderful. Unfortunately, we could not save my Fancy Cat. He had a kidney disease that Persians often get please if you have a younger persian take your kitty to Dr. Pepper, so you can start doing the right things to protect them. Fancy was nine but if I would've known about it a long time ago, perhaps he would've lived a lot longer

Towncenter is one of the best veterinarian centers in Las Vegas. They were professional, informative and very kind. Dr. Callahan & Dr. Pepper advocated for my late kitty named Yuki as if he was their own family member. They did everything they could to help us get answers and I really, really appreciated them during what I consider one of the darkest times of my life. I cannot emphasize how much Towncenter deserves praise. When Yuki passed, the staff cried with us and expressed their condolences. If you have a sick pet, please go to them. Your pet is their priority.

Thank you for loving Yuki as much as I did.

One of my cats was eating less so I brought him in to see Dr. Stewart, who was amazing. She ended up performing some major (successful) dental surgery and now my cat is eating normal again. She's very detail-oriented, thorough, friendly, and communicates very clearly - overall, very easy to trust. It was a very good experience and I'm very appreciative. The front office people and technicians are always great as well, often going above and beyond.

New customer and me and my pets were treated like valued customers! They allowed me to assist with my nervous cat and the calls and texts to go over lab work was outstanding!!
I highly recommend this animal hospital and I volunteer in animal rescue and they really care😻 In early December 2023 I was gifted a special needs kitten and Dr. Pool has gone above and beyond to assist since he has neurological damage-kudos to finally finding a vet who cares.

I have taken all of my pets to Town Center Animal Hospital since 2017 and will continue. Dr. Pepper is incredible beyond belief and has helped all of my pets live happy healthy lives. Eevee is great as well. I am especially grateful they both tolerate and care for my craziest pup Rainie. She is a huge handful in a very small package. I would also say that I appreciate Dr Stewart for being there for us when Dr Pepper isn't. Especially recently when my closest pup Miss Vivian passed. Brittany is great in the office and Loren is always the sweetest when I call flustered in a panic. Thank you to ALL the staff. My fur family could not be in better hands.

Every interaction at Town Center Animal Hospital has been so positive. You can tell that everyone here has your pets best interest at heart. We brought our German Shepherd in for a laparoscopic spay - we were so happy to find a vet performing this minimally invasive procedure, and we’re even more satisfied with the staff and results.

Love Dr. Pool. Brought our pup in on a Sunday emergency. Excellent service. Took care of our boy. He's back home now feeling fine.

My dog Draco recently went in for a suspicious growth on the inside of his lip/dental . Every time he goes to town center hospital he’s always handled with the utmost care . We love the staff and doctors there especially our favorite vet tech Ashlee.

She always makes sure Draco is well taken care of and comfortable ! It’s no easy job dealing with an anxious 100 pound dog . She’s also very accommodating to our needs and is very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions and concerns we have when it comes to Draco .

The entire staff are wonderful. Our dog, Wattson, unfortunately has a litany of health issues. We moved to the opposite side of town but still make the trek because they are the best. It’s obvious they’ve been inundated with new patients and families following COVID but they are still so attentive. Dr Pulliam is a gem of a human and is so kind and patient with the numerous questions I always have. Ginn truly loves her job and cares for Wattson as if he was her own. Wattson is a people lover but he does pick favorites with Ginn! This is exactly what we need when we are worried about him or he’s sick. Everyone there deserves a shoutout - Whitney, Tina, Courtney, Drs Pepper, Callahan , and everyone else I’m forgetting. Truly the best veterinary team and staff ever.

I know this is a good place. The Vets as well of the staff ( many of them). Have been there for years. They have gottten to know my pets very well and have seen us through good and bad times. As two of my dogs aged. And became seniors. And recently had one death and major illness… they have all been very supportive. I believe it doing the best I can for my dogs. And the team there has actually helped me too with listening to my concerns and helping me deal with hard situations.
Update: My Maggie passed away last week. I cannot tell you how supportive everyone was. We had a plan to try to get her past this illness. In the end I had to let her go. The sincere support I received from Everyone will never be forgotten. Special thanks to Dr. Pepper, Dr Pulliam, Dr. Stewart and Vet Tech Ginn. Thank you for your help during this difficult time. Town Center vet is wonderful but their special attention to my dogs in their senior years and the support they gave their grieving human was unforgettable.

Excellent care! Our 7yo dog has had some odd issues this year so our visits have been in the “urgent” side of things and we are always seen quickly. We have seen several of the Veterinarians there and have always received excellent care. The staff communicates well with us and we always hear back from any post visit questions in a timely manner. We can be seen on Sundays if necessary and we can also pick up meds 7 days/week. I am super picky and would highly recommend them!

I live close to Death Valley and my regular vet was closed on a Saturday, when my dog had an life threatening emergency situation.

I picked Town Center Animal Care bc it was the closest on my route to Las Vegas for my animals care. I called them, to let them know that I was coming in, and what to expect with my pets urgent situation.

I was extremely impressed with the level of care that my pet (and me) experienced at their facility. I can tell you, hands down, that Dr. Pool and the Town Center Animal Hospital staff managed my pets situation with utmost urgency and care.

Dr Pepper is amazing as are all the vets and staff at Town Center Animal. She saved my dog Joey and gave me more time with him. When he passed they were SO wonderful to me.I trust them and will always go there for my pets needs. Excellent

I LOVE Town Center Animal Hospital!!! All women crew & Vets!! Very cool. They are so inviting the second you walk in, & take such good care of my kitties!!! Incredibly knowledgeable staff & the Vets are AWESOME!! Can't say enough about how wonderful they are, from the initial greeting to the immediate response about my cats' blood work. & about EVERY THING being incredibly CLEAN & SANITIZED!!! They are wonderful here at T C A H !!! Recommend them ever so HIGHLY!!!

The team at Town Center Animal Hospital have always been very good to my dog, Bert. I will not take my animals anywhere else. I have been taking my animals there for over 10 years!

I normally go to Cadence Animal Hospital which is close to me. This place is at least a 40 minute drive. I got my French-ton puppy spayed here as they came highly recommended by a friend. Cadence wanted well over $500 to get her spayed and I paid half the price at this location. The ladies are so sweet and professional. They always answer their phones even though you may be placed on hold for awhile. They took good care of my Betsy girl. She did great upon taking her home. She’s now healing very well. I wish I lived closer to this location as I would prefer them over Cadence if they weren’t so far. I highly recommend town center animal hospital for all your vet needs. They don’t try and overcharge like most places. The staff is also top notch!

UPDATE August 2023... Well, after nearly two years fighting with our German Shepherd's wonky nail, we finally listened to Dr. Pepper and agreed to do an amputation. We had exhausted all other options. I KNOW! What a scary thought!!!! :( BUT, I am so thankful we listened to her advice and her expertise, it was the best thing for Peyton. She had been whimpering for nearly five months, and while we had her on some pain pills, we could not have known how uncomfortable she truly had been until we proceeded with the amputation. Lab came back that it was cancer, but by doing the amputation, we likely gave her many more years, without evening knowing it. She is a new dog. After a bit of down time, and monitoring closely she is not only a better and happier dog, she is no longer in pain. MY ONLY REGRET, we waited too long out of our own fears. Thank you for the patience with us furry parents, for the amazing surgery and skill and mostly for loving our pets so much to help us get to the needed decisions, with kindness, understanding and love. Our forever Vet, Dr. Pepper and all the wonderful staff at Town Center Animal Hospital..

07/26/2022…..This is an update post our older posting….. Our shepherd requires medication in order to have her nails trimmed. Whenever we get in and are seen by Dr. Pepper and her assistant, her nails come out so perfectly even though we have a kooky mail. They are patient and understand her anxiety and fears. I cannot tell you how much angst I have prior to taking her to the appointment, but they are like magnificent dog whisperers with her, and it does my heart and blood pressure good. We are always grateful for the doctors and staff at TCAH….

Taking care of our furry children has always been amazing here and I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
