This location is easy to get to. The wait is not long. I was in and out really quick but my appointment was not rushed. Doctor was very detailed about the care options for our fur baby. The front desk was very friendly and professional. They also were very communicative from the first phone call that was made to them. If front desk said they would send you something before the end of the day it was done within a few minutes after the conversation ended or before the end of the day. I was very impressed.

The waiting area and the exam room was fresh smelling. I have a very sensitive nose and I did not smell any type of urine ANYWHERE! Very very clean location. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new doctor for their fur baby. 10 out of 10.

We brought Snowy in as a first time customer and the front desk ladies were very kind. The technician that took care of us was very efficient and responsive. We were not there very long and we were impressed with the facility. This vet came highly recommended to us by a neighbor and his dog. Always efficient service and accommadating.

I have two dogs that go here and my dad just took his puppy there. They aren't the cheapest vet I've been too, but everything they've done for my dogs has gone perfectly with no complications.
Usually a very short wait time, they keep things moving so there's rarely anyone in the waiting room. I like the stuff they play on the TVs, usually very cute. They can do X-rays and blood work while you wait, call with the results next day.
So it's the cost of high quality I guess. Definitely recommend.

Had an appointment for my Dad's dog yesterday at 4pm for a rabies vaccination. When we got there, they immediately greeted us, and after getting Snoopy weighed, we went to the exam room.

The doctor and assistant were friendly and knowledgeable. The best part was we were done by 4:15pm (if only doctor visits for us humans were that efficient and prompt). From this experience, this animal hospital is highly recommended.

I love this vet. They're so attentive, caring, and trustworthy. Our dogs are medical messes but Dr Kincade and Dr Knehr talk us through everything, provide detailed information on procedures and proof that they were done correctly, and love on the dogs. You can tell the techs love their job; I always see them fawning over the animals they take to the back. The front desk staff is quick to answer the phone and emails and even call just to check up after a procedure. The vets also are willing to admit when something is out of their expertise and refer you to the specialty center which I respect. Prices are average for vets in the area, but they are good about working with you to get the price down should you need it. Get pet insurance though!

THEY TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF MY ENGLISH BULL DOG. HE WAS SICK A LOT AS A PUPPY.
I made a mistake and gave him a bunch of grapes. He got very sick threw up all night.
Was it did not look good. We rushed Benjamin in they treated and he recovered despite what the doctors expected.

Thank Goodness we ❤ them.
THEY ARE VERY BUSSY PEOPLE BESIDES ANIMALS CANNOT TALK . It takes time to get the pets evaluated period ☺

The veterinarian and staff were very nice and specifically very sensitive and compassionate towards our dog Pokey.

A left front limp turned out to be a small stone in the paw. This was removed. Our furball has some other health concerns and was quoted the low and high-end costs for diagnosis free of charge, which made it easier to get the additional work done.

I highly recommend Sun City Animal Hospital from both veterinarian services and boarding your pets.

The staff are always so wonderful to me and my pup! Highly recommend! Was recommended by a friend when I first moved here and have been going to them ever since!

Most of you didn't know I was very sick and in the hospital for three days. Mommy and Daddy visited me every day and sometimes twice a day. The Staff at Sun City Hospital took great care of me and hand fed me (I'm spoiled)

Absolutely excellent service. The vet and staff were extremely helpful and compassionate as I needed to put my doggie to sleep due to a medical emergency. I was so grateful to Sun City Animal Hospital. Thank you!

2021/2022 UPDATE: Sun City has changed their policies for dentals. They redid their dental suite and it is very nice. Honey was the first appointment at 7:00 a.m. last month and got to come home around 3:00 p.m. Much better than 13 hours. This was my only issue with Sun City so they now get 5 stars from me again. They took great care of Honey last year when she was having some tummy problems.

2020: I initially gave Sun City a great review but I am rewriting it due to events that occurred today. I dropped off my 10-year-old Chihuahua (who is terrified of the vet) at 6:00 a.m. this morning for a dental cleaning. I just got a call at 4:00 p.m. saying they are JUST NOW starting on her. She has been terrified, shaking, and starving (20 hours without food) for 9.5 hours. No matter what I say to their staff, they will not make any accommodations for her or change their policy. I feel this is cruel treatment of an animal and will be going to a different vet from now on.

My Dog Cooper has been going there since he was brought home from his Breeder in California. The office lets you know as shots are due or what services are needed by sending reminder cards. Very easy to stay on top of your dogs health. A few times when they’re busy it has seemed as a little bit of Short tempers exist but that’s with any office staff that becomes overrun, as with any retail business trying to solve issues and help. The overall business model is very good.
A key to your success is to make your appointment first thing in the morning, before the staff gets behind as with any medical office.

Attentive and friendly receptionists, techs and doctors. Dr. Kincaide is who I've been mainly seeing and she is both wonderful and caring. The staff all remember us and our dogs and always make us feel welcome and helped.

Yesterday my dog ripped one of his nails while playing, but he ripped it halfway off and way up at the paw. Hours later it still wouldn't stop reopening and bleeding every time he stepped, and my vets couldn't squeeze him in.

I brought my dog to Sun City around 3:30pm as a walk-in, and they make the time to see him, then sedate him and do the minor surgery/work he needed to cut off/fix his nail all before they closed at 7pm!

This vet was super nice from when I first called to see if they can really do walkins, all the way to picking him back up at the end. Everything is curbside right now, and they give you a tablet to video chat the doctor.

Also - the price for all of this was so much lower than expected! I didn't even make the deductible for my dog's Healthy Paw insurance. I barely made the minimum requirement to be able to put the cost on my CareCredit!

I 100% recommend these vets.

There reasonably priced and help out when things are too expensive for your budget. They seem to care about the animals they treat and are prompt as they can be with appointments. Since 2010 when people started flooding into this state, nothing is fast anymore, stop moving here, has nothing to do with the quality of care. Highly recommended.

All of the staff is very kind. The doctor and her assistant took great care of both kitties. They were gentle with them and looked into any health concerns I inquired about. They made sure both kitties were current on their shots. I appreciate them treating my 12-year old babies so sweetly.

Sun City Animal Hospital is the answer to all my prayers. I started using them 6 years ago when my little girl got run over by a car. When I turned up at the hospital they were waiting for me with a stretcher and immediately took her into surgery. Sun City Animal Hospital saved her life. Since that day I have used them for EVERYTHING!

The doctors there are simply the BEST! They are all highly professional, highly qualified, and have such an incredible bedside manner. My little girl goes in terrified......Dr. Knehrr comes in, rubs her head and she immediately relaxes...we call him The Dog Whisperer. I take her in for regular dental treatments and regular checkups. The staff are very warm and friendly.

I have used them several times for boarding and I never feel worried or concerned because I know she will be well looked after. Please do your fur babies a favor and start using Sun City Animal Hospital. You will not regret it!!!

Highly recommend this vet, amazing staff, so loving towards our pup. They got us in right away on an emergency visit and figured out our issue stat! Dr. Noworyta had awesome bedside manner and got straight to the cure! She was awesome!
