I recently visited Las Vegas Valley Pet Hospital for the first time to get a second opinion on my 10 mo. old Bichon Frisé. Previous vet hospital I took her to said her kidneys aren't working like they should and we need to change her diet and check back in 1-2 months for urinalysis.

I took my little Bella to see Dr. Rokos at Las Vegas Valley Pet Hospital and I couldn't believe how calm my puppy was. I provided the Dr with the records from the previous vet and talked through the labs and he said by her labs it was one of two things. He explained every thing in detail and actually gave us literature. He did process of elimination and was able to diagnose and treat her for something that wasn’t a permanent thing. Thank God!

Their facility was very clean and sterile. The staff were very nice vs my other vet's office. I highly recommend Dr. Rokos and Vegas Valley Pet Hospital.

My family just moved to Las Vegas from Florida so I went from being in the industry and knowing exactly who to call to being completely lost. After some thorough researching I had found the perfect location.
We came to VVPH for an ortho consult because our 2 year old pit bull was suspected to have torn his CCL. Being a former vet tech, I knew how I would run the room and the tech was like a mirror image of myself. The Doctor was thorough, detailed and really broke the injury and surgery down well for my husband who doesn’t have much veterinary knowledge. My pup had a lingering skin condition that our regular vet had seen him for a week earlier and dismissed, but Dr Rokos was just as bothered by the looks of it as I was and made sure to get it some treatment prior to surgery. Their surgery package estimate was complete from preanesthetic blood work to pain meds and laser therapy sessions outpatient. We were able to get him scheduled for a couple of days later and just brought him home today after and overnight stay. Tito is happy, wagging his tail and on the road to recovery. We are grateful for the team at Vegas Valley and can’t wait to see them this week for his laser therapy sessions!!

I switched my dog's care to Vegas Valley Pet Hospital because of Dr. Rokos. I saw Dr. Rokos at his previous location for a few years with my senior dog. After he passed away I got a puppy. The puppy, Cody came to me very sick. After the obvious issues were dealt with, he was still vomiting regularly and had very loose stools. Dr. Rokos went at it like a detective. After a few tests, he ultimately figured out that this little guy has inflammatory bowel disease and established a treatment plan for him. When Dr. Rokos left that clinic to open VVPH I followed. Dr. Rokos is smart, personable and kind. I don't think there is a better vet for my Cody. This facility is beautiful. It's clean, not overbooked and easy to find. The staff is nice and seem genuinely concerned about the pets in their care. If you need a great vet, Dr. Rokos and his new team are amazing.

Vegas Valley Pet Hospital is a breath of fresh air after making a switch from our previous vet. Very friendly and professional staff and even better we got to stay with our same veterinarian. Dr. David Espinosa is the best, most caring and diligent caregiver ever. You can see his genuine care and concern for his patients. We love you Dr. E and so glad to continue our journey with you!❤

5 stars across the board! I just moved to Las Vegas from Florida and feel so lucky to have found this awesome practice. My Pomeranian was in pain, crying, and limping, and they fit us in first thing in the morning on short notice. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and thorough. They took the time to properly diagnose Foxy and run the necessary tests. She was administered pain medications, and as you can see from the picture here, is now resting peacefully.

Vegas Valley Pet Hospital surely holds their facility and practice to a high standard. Their lobby is spotless with a lot of seating space. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming; she even offered us something to drink while waiting for the doctor in our exam room. My dog is very anxious and reactive but Victoria and Dr. Espinosa were so gentle and patient with her. At the end of the visit she warmed up to Dr. E and even gave him kisses on the face. Highly recommend this hospital for your beloved pets.

We recently moved to Las Vegas and just rescued an elderly dog. We don't know her story and needed to find a vet/practice that would take the best care of her. From the moment we stepped into Vegas Valley, I immediately knew I had found the one. The entire staff is so kind, takes excellent care of our dog and the vets all thoroughly explain their observations and recommendations. I couldn't recommend this place more!

I took my dog Beau to Vegas Valley Pet last Sunday. It was my first time bringing Beau there. First, I would like to commend that they are open on Sundays. That really works well for me. Secondly, I was pleasantly welcomed and immediately brought into a room. I appreciated that because he’s not great with other dogs.
Thirdly, and most importantly, Beau and I got to see Dr. Espinosa. It was an appointment mainly to establish care. I had some questions and concerns which Dr. E was able to answer and quickly quell any concerns I had.
Dr. E is truly caring of his patients and their moms. I am so happy I established care and Beau will be in good hands.

We were very happy here today. Vet knew exactly what was wrong without ordering an innumerable amount of extra tests. Not much of a wait and very friendly staff. Found our new vet for sure!

I absolutely love Dr Rokos! He is very knowledgeable and kind. He takes the time to really examine my dogs and explain what is going on with them. It is very clear he cares. He is literally my favorite veterinarian I have ever had ever! I refer everyone to him. He truly is the best! The hospital is clean and well organized as well. The layout makes sense to me. I love that too. It’s just all around superb!

Vegas
Valley Pet Hospital is the BEST. We have used numerous vets in the past and our experience with Dr. Horne has far exceeded our expectations. She was very personable and caring. She explained her findings in detail and provided us with all we needed to care with our "Bella". We were seen quickly, treated respectfully and with genuine concern and care. We would definitely recommend Dr. Horne and Vegas Valley Pet Hospital.

I took my dog Letty here last month and had a wonderful experience. (I was concerned since I have had bad experiences at other vet hospitals.)
Everyone here was very nice and really took the time to learn about my dog. I appreciated the doctor and staff answering all my questions and concerns. They did the exam and vaccines in the room with me without me having to ask them to do so. We will definitely be coming back! Congrats on opening a great animal hospital!

Followed Dr. Espinosa from Creature Comforts it is so much farther, end building in a plaza, sufficient parking. Open on Sunday. Very clean & minimalist, lobby benches spread out, only 1 other dog there. All 3 female staff professional, helped me get my GSD out. Offered bottled water. Visit, exam, vaccine, wound culture all within an hour.

All I can say is that we are incredibly, eternally grateful to Vegas Valley Pet Hospital - if we hadn't been able to get our pug seen in time, he would have had permanent nerve damage.

From the first moment of contact, the entire staff at Vegas Valley were amazing! We rushed in, (last minute on a rainy night) with our pug who was showing stroke-like symptoms, and were greeted by caring staff that immediately jumped into action, making sure our pup was stable - thank God!

Not only were they calm, collected and very concerned, but they offered us drinks and we waited less than 5 minutes before a Veterinarian came to see us! The hospital is clean, gorgeous and peaceful, and we all (including our two dogs) breathed a sigh of relief in the exam room.

Dr. Espinosa is so warm, friendly and above all a genuine animal lover who places the high quality care and comfort of any pet under his care as top priority. He's patient, taking the time to walk you through every step of the visit, and he's also very understanding when it comes to finances - your pet's health and quality of life is most important to him, unlike so many other financially-focused Vet's in Vegas.

Dr. Espinosa has performed a difficult cryptorchid neuter on our pug, and was in contact, walking us through every stressful moment of it. Most recently, he was able to diagnose our older pup with a disease that other Vets weren't able to diagnose, and within a week of prescribed medication, our pup is 100% back to normal!

Again and again, Dr. Espinosa has come through for us, and we couldn't ask for a more perfect person to care for our fur babies when emergencies or daily check-ups happen.

As anyone with pugs knows, they're wrinkly, adorable, medical hot messes, and here we know we have the best care in Vegas. Our dogs know it too; we were surprised to notice they weren't shaking or afraid like they were when visiting past hospitals. The staff here is caring and kind, taking the extra time to soothe your worried pups, and that to us, is priceless.

Thank you Vegas Valley Pet Hospital for everything you do! We'd love to sign up for a health plan for both of our pups, if you eventually offer one - it'd be worth it's weight in gold! :)

Dr Rokas has been my veterinarian for several years taking care of my dogs; Dutch, MJ, Tyson and now for the last two years Hunter & Sharkey. I was excited when Dr. Rokas opened his own hospital, Vegas Valley Pet Hospital, @ 10220 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 3. Every part of his hospital is state of the art with many of his staff personally recruited from some of the best vet hospitals in Las Vegas. If you want the best in animal care from a very talented and dedicated veterinarian with an amazing facility and staff - bring your loved ones to him. James D.

I appreciated the attention to detail in my first appointment. I had grown disappointed in the care I received in my previous vet so I had been looking for a new vet. The location is very convenient to my home and the facilities are very nice.
