Tradewind Investments are by far the best Property Management company I have done business with in all of Las Vegas! The home was clean and the rental process was swift. They are super professional, they answer maintenance calls quickly, rental rates are very reasonable, and their office provides the best customer service from the secretaries to the property managers. Property manager Kari leads the way! She responds back quickly to any tenant concerns and has been a pleasure to speak to. Communication skills are top notch at Tradewind Investments and I’m so happy I found them. My girls and I are so appreciative to be tenants under such a great team at Tradewind. :) 5 Stars for sure !

We started renting from Tradewind Properties on September 2020 and have a wonderful experience with Ray. I can't say enough good things about Tradewind Investments. I have rented a house from them for 2 1/2 years. If I ever needed anything fixed, I would fill out a maintenance request online and Fawn always makes sure someone contacts me within 24 hours. When its time for inspections, you can count on getting an email with the property managers photo and contact information. I was very impressed by this. They want you to know who is coming to your home. Kari and Ray are awesome people. If you have any concerns, you can always count on them to listen and take care of things. Great place to rent. Raymond Cruz and the team at Tradewind have provided an excellent experience for me so far. I had a major appliance break down on me and after reporting it, maintenance was on the phone with me the same day - on a federal holiday! We have owned a home in Las Vegas for about 10 years. Tradewind has managed the property for us the entire time. The home has been rented out all but about 1 month of that time, between renters. They oversaw the repairs and cleaning up of the property and kept our budget in mind. I actually believe we saved money allowing them to take care of all the details. Fawn and Paula Menses are amazing. This has been the most stress free rental we have ever had. They are quick to respond to the renter's needs and to ours as well. We are very thankful for all their hard work on our behalf!

Tradewind Investments is one of the top property management companies in Las Vegas. As an out of state investor, I can happily tell you that if your need a property management company to take care of your rentals Tradewind is the firm to hire. I started my relationship with Tradewind in 2014. My realtor recommended Tradewind Investments because they have the lowest property management fee in Las Vegas with good property managers.
Having rental property in another state can have some difficult problems because you are not physical there to view the condition of the property from time to time as needed. An example of a big problem is when you have a tenant who is planning to run away and leave a mess behind and don’t have enough deposit to cover the damages.
Kari Thornton, who is my property manager did a good job in managing the runaway situation after I notified her that the tenant is planning to be a runaway. First, she communicated with the tenant and discussed the bad credit rating she’ll get without proper closure of the rental. There’s generally always some monetary loses no matter how much advance warning is given, this was no exception. The deposit did not cover the damage repair expenses and the tenant vanishes (changes job or move out of state).
The important thing to me is the turnaround time it takes to get estimates, repair the damages, clean up the place and get a new tenant to rent the place. Giving kudos to Kari, who worked on bother ends getting the estimates, then getting the repair personnel in and having a prosperous tenant who needed a rental? To make a long story short, I was very pleased and happy, Kari had managed to get the house repaired and rented in about 2 ½ weeks, she was then followed up on the tenant’s bad credit report. Although, we never heard from the runaway tenant, a major problem was resolved. The new tenant is still with us and I’m still with Tradewind to tell you that a good management company can make your rental business successful with less headaches and heartaches. Go Tradewind!

Got the info on the place from another person who bought a place in North Las Vegas. I bought my own and used Tradewind for their property management. Ray took great care of me and after almost 3 years of owning and renting, not a single hiccup. Any concerns by my tenant, and I got a quick email and they helped solve the concern efficiently. Very happy with them, and will definitely be using them again when I look for another home there soon.
