I LIVED IN SUNSTONE APARTMENTS AT 9353 W TWAIN AVE # 115, LAS VEGAS, NV 89147 & MOVED OUT SINCE JULY, I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING MY $ 900.00 DEPOSIT & THE OFFICE STAFF TELL ME THAT THE OFFICE MANAGER DE IS NOT THERE & THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY UPDATES, THIS KEEPS GOING ON SINCE ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO; THEY KEEP DENYING ME THE RIGHT TO GET THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL CONTACT... I REQUEST FROM YOU TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT AND ADVISE ME IF ANY ISSUES DUE THAT, BY LAW, YOU ONLY HAVE 30 DAYS TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK. I LEFT MY APARTMENT SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF PROVIDED ME WITH A LETTER STATING NOTHING WOULD BE CHARGED AS THIS WAS IN PERFECT CONDITIONS. THE MANAGEMENT TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME IN FULL. I RECEIVED A CHECK WITH THE INCORRECT AMOUNT, I TALKED TO DE AND REQUESTED FROM HER TO RESOLVE MY ACCOUNT DISCREPANCIES & TO REFUND ME WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNT, SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD CHARGE ME FOR THE GARAGE FOR THE MONTH OF JULY. SHE STILL HAS NOT REIMBURSED ME, CALLED OR EVEN TRY TO CONTACT ME BY MAIL SINCE. I WILL OPEN A CASE ON YOUR BEHALF IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

After several voice messages and visits O have not received a call back into a pressing housing issue I have that can only be resolved by ARC.

Site says to come right in and talk to their leasing office, does not say anywhere that all the condos are privately owned, and they won't allow entry to anyone else, and that they don't have floor models to show off. Wouldn't even let us into talk to a manager.

Do you enjoy loud lawnmowers, leaf trimmers and leaf blowers in the desert at 9am on a daily basis? Do you like inept derelicts from Arizona causing daily frustration? Pay rent here.

Only gave one star because I had to. They have the worse customer service EVER! They will send your bill to collections 3 months AFTER they cashed your check! WHAT KIND OF SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?

Intimidation, extortion, and no concern for their residence well being or safety. This is their mission statement.
