My wife and I recently wanted to upgrade our bed and we happened to go to bedzzz express while we were out and about one day. Tim was extremely friendly and helpful, and took great care to give us information related to our wants and needs without being pushy. He also took the time to get to know us as people, not just as customers. We can’t wait for our mattress to come in!

Leslie was FANTASTIC!!! Very knowledgeable, attentive and personable. We went to her first, then checked out prices, etc. at other mattress stores. Even though they were all comparable in price, we wanted to give Leslie our business. THANK YOU for making this process smooth and enjoyable.

Tim and Brian are awesome! I had come in and picked out a bed for the condo I thought I was going to buy.. the sale fell thru and so did the next condo I put a bid on. Finally 3 months later, I was able to close on a condo and they set up everything over the phone and worked with me thru the entire process to make sure the delivery was after we closed but same day. I definitely recommend them!

I had a good idea of what we needed and wanted. Tim was very welcoming, very knowledgeable and ask the right questions. He did not pressure or push a sales pitch, instead he let me make up my mind as to our needs. He explained everything and then let me think about it and talk with my husband before purchase. To this point it was a pleasure doing business with him. Hope the experience continues when the mattresses are delivered.

Tim was really knowledgeable and kind. He heard what we needed and didn't try to upsell/pressure us but did anticipate things needs we might want: e.g., hauling away old mattress. I'll go back for any more mattresses. They even sell popular online brands---so you don't need to wonder what mattresses like Purple are like! Just go lay on them there.

Brian was great. Took the time to walk me around and show me everything I might be interested in based on my sleep habits, and even went the extra mile to confirm when delivery of the mattress I was interested in would occur to the store from the warehouse. Waiting to actually get the mattress delivered back to the house isn't my favorite (purely an order/stocking issue), but otherwise overall service was impeccable.

Excellent quality, along with professional and considerate service. Very pleased. The sales rep at the desk was very prompt and responsive regarding what I needed and found the information and provided the product promptly.

Probably the very best place to shop for beds. Tim was knowledgeable, professional, very pleasant, and not pushy. Everything one would want in shopping for a bed (6 to 8 hrs per day spent in). We found we slept better on trips, got the mattress brand/style, called and talked with Tim, then came down. Excellent experience!

Added to my post. We did make a purchase, and are excited and can't wait till our bed arrives. Can not wait, till the Sleep Number bed is gone, it has been terrible. No one should sleep better on trips, that was on us, for waiting so long.

I went into Bedzzz Express looking to downsize my bed from a split king to a queen. I was met by Tim with his ready smile and easy demeanor. After trying a few different models, I am confident in my choice of a Beautyrest. Tim was such a pleasure to work with and made the entire process simple and easy.

My mother and I had such a wonderful experience visiting and purchasing two different mattresses. The Store is located in our neighborhood, so we stopped in to see if they had what we were looking for. We were greeted by Store Manager, Tim Dunn. After talking over with him what we were looking for in a mattress, he showed us what he had in stock. After some discussion with Tim, we were able to select the mattress/bed we think will fill our needs and provide us with a good nights sleep. Plus, he had a
delivery date that fit into our schedule very well.
