Dunkin'

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews , this Dunkin is the most consistent location I’ve ever been to! my order is always made perfectly and the employees are always so friendly, the inside is nice and clean and the drive thru line gets long but it moves quick. love this DD!

This Dunkin is always fast and efficient. And they get busy! But the coffee and food is always consistently good, dont have to worry about something not tasting right. And even when the line is super long they do a great job to move it along quickly!

Personally one of my favorite dunkins around. Order is correct everytime. Kc who works there and sometimes see him at the volo location is amazing!! Great customer service and a sweet person!! He deserves a raise 💯

Great coffee and Iced chai latte tea.

The customer service at this location is wonderful. I always have my order wrong at the one in Wauconda and when I come here they have never made my order wrong and go above with their customer service. Always friendly too! My mom ordered me a coffee from the one in Wauconda and it was made wrong of course. She did not know until she got home with it. It was horrible. I thought she went to the Fox Lake location so I in there to have it fixed. The girls were so nice and knew it wasn't made from their location because my cup had the baskin robins logo on it and they were so sweet they made me a new one and even gave me a larger size for the inconvenience the other location caused. I know they did not need to do this since it was not their mistake, but the fact they fixed it and made my day is what customer service is about. I highly recommend coming to this location. The staff is always friendly, willing to help and they never mess up an order.

Best Dunkin around only when specific employee's are working the professional works Tues ,Wens ,Thur , on coffee line I've noticed and after 4pm they are usually very under staffed and everyone has to wait much longer because of it so don't come in around those times if you got somewhere to be or if there's no line your fine 👍👍

Very great place... Donuts are always fresh and very tasty and the employees most of the time are nice people. The coffee is very good and I normally do not like coffee but Dunkin' Donuts coffee is very good. The hot chocolate is good too but sometimes too thick and sugary.

Great service and friendly! And it's only $11.99 for a dozen doughnuts! Plus this store has the best Bavarian creme doughnuts! You can't go wrong at this Dunkin' donuts because they are great!!

Love this location! Been going since it opened, Friendly Employees, Service is Excellent, If there's ever a problem, they fix it right away. 10/10 Would Reccomend stopping by of your local or passing by!

I am absolutely loyal to this DD. I was a big pain in the butt because I had ordered the wrong food item, (similar, but wrong) and when I went in to ask them about it, they were SO nice. I can not remember the lady’s name who helped me, but all the employees were very understanding and kind. Thank you so much, again.

I love this New dunkin location, i come pretty much every day its my favorite Go-To Coffee, its a great price my coffee and food are Always made Just right, the drive thru And inside never take long The Employees are All very sweet and helpful, Morgan is The Best coffee maker their she always make it just right and she is Always just the sweetest and always has a smile!

Was in the drive thru, they managed to get orders out quickly even though the drive thru was out the lot. Breakfast was good

I have acquired an addiction to Dunkin coffee and out of all I have been to, the Fox Lake location is the best! No matter how late it gets, my boyfriend can count on a fresh brew of the dark roast (no cold leftover coffee ever)! They always make my 1/2 caf just right - and with a smile on their face! Can't wait until the new location with drive-thru opens across the street!

New location, great spot. Katy, the manager, is so pleasant and accomodating. She is a great Ambassador for the brand. Clean, and easy drive thru for our company truck and trailer. So glad Dunkin came to Hainesville!

Got a vanilla chai and it was amazing! Use to be my go to drink when I was deployed. It tasted so good glad I decided to try the dunkin donuts version. Glad I did. Been years since I had Chai. Now I have my go tondrink at dunkin! Yay! Don't wvwr get rid of it. Keep it forever! Lol.
