This was my first time shopping in Sherwin Williams so I didn't know what to expect. I went to the Beechmont store in Cincinnati, OH. What I received was superb service and an excellent product. I was addressed shortly after entering the store and asked if I needed help. I preceded to pick out colors but had no idea what kind of paint I needed for each project. I found the salesman to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After helping me make the wisest choices for each of my circumstances he carried my box of paint to my car. It doesn't get any better than that.

I found the paint to be quite superior to that I have purchased in box stores. It was thick, smooth and true to color. It not only is gorgeous but it made the painting job so much easier. They have won me over, no more box store paint for me!

This is our go-to store for all of our paint, both exterior and interior. Sherwin-Williams paints are excellent: easy to apply, durable, with an excellent selection of colors. I also buy most of our paint supplies here: paint brushes, rollers and roller covers, paint trays and clean-up supplies for oil-based paints. I especially love their angled Purdy paint brushes. The employees at this store are always very professional and helpful. They always offer stir sticks and offer to carry the paint to my car. I am very satisfied with this store and highly recommend it.

Staff went above and beyond the kind of service I have experienced at the large home improvement stores. He made sure the custom color was correct by making changes 3 times without me asking!! The color is perfect!!

Wanted to paint my cabinets but couldn't remember, which leftover paint to use. Took a couple of paint cans and the front panel ooff a drawer. I think the young ladies name was Amber. The first can she opened matched. She shook the can and guided me the the apporate, small room and try for the job. Great Service . Thank you!
