This is a great little bakery that has other wonderful foods for those looking for more than just baked goods such as burgers, pulled pork as well as quiche and other great dishes. I would highly recommend coming here.

Bakery was cute and the owner was friendly. Baled goods were really tasty. The only down side is that the selection is pretty limited and prices are high.

Very clean and organized. Has a nice staff and the food was good. Definitely better for smaller groups, we were barely able to squeeze 5 people at a table.

Server obviously not in a good mood. She kept giving the chef/owner dirty looks. Bagels were barely toasted, had to ask for napkins, sugar and cream were on a table used by all and only one spoon for everyone to share to stir your coffee.

The last morning of our stay my grandson wanted a muffin so we decided to try this bakery. We had the quiche pancakes bacon and the muffin. I would recommend the quiche however the bacon tasted like it had been warmed from the night before. The server at the counter was younger and very sweet i felt bad for her working at this bakery because the owner was not warm and fuzzy. He was more concerned about my grandson looking at the pasties through the all glass case and putting his fingers on the glass. He rudely asked us to remove the childs fingers from the glass and said he also has adults come in and wants the glass spotless. I told him he should rethink his display because i am sure my grandson was not the first to touch the glass. Also told him that if he does not want children in the store he should post that before we spent so much money on a somewhat mediocre breakfast. I would not recommend especially if u have small children that just want a muffin.

NOT kids friendly and over priced!
The girl working was very nice but the owner almost immediately asked that the children not tough the display case (too late). We bought 5 cookies not knowing our total would be over $17, a bit outrageous... I would never spend $3.25 on one cookie and would have said nevermind but the cookies were handed straight to the kids. We sat outside and the owner was watching us like a hawk, my son got close to the window (where the tables are) and as I was asking him to sit back down the owner appeared to be headed to tell him not to touch the window. The owner is not friendly and I felt uncomfortable. If he doesn't want children at his place of business, he should put a sign up saying so instead of having ridiculous expectations and being rude.

Went there to grab some lunch with my wife,2 kids (5 1/2 and 2 1/2), my brother in-law, his wife and twin babies (8 months). What a mistake! The owner clearly does not understand or appreciates customers with children (read similar reviews). First off let’s get the basics covered. Food was less than average quality, and overpriced for what you get. The main reason for this review is for the actions of the gentlemen that works/owns the shop. He was rude and abrupt to the entire family. He attempted to rush us out when ordering, by taking the menus away when only 1 of us had ordered. Then when the kids started eating and they happened to put one hand on the window, he proceeded to complain about how it takes him an hour to clean the windows. To which I loudly exclaimed, “Daughter, please don’t touch the windows, this man is gettting angry.”. Then he proceeded to approach my brother-in-law who had taken one of the babies outside, and told him a 10% gratuity should have been added to your bill since you have kids. Utter nonsense. If that’s there policy, they should post it somewhere. If you are looking for a welcoming establshment for your family, look elsewhere.

I've lived in this town for 20 years and I can say with full certainty that the owner of this business is rude, unfriendly, and will try to weasel his way into paying his employee's as least often as possible, my cousin had also worked for him for a time, and had been asked to delay his paycheck 3 separate times, and didn't receive the full amount for his hours.
Now on to the actual business. The breakfasts they serve are mediocre at best, the food always tastes like it was just recently brought out the freezer and warmed in the microwave. I would recommend you spend you money literally anywhere else if possible.

Extremely rude staff. I stopped by to order a cake, found what I wanted on their menu board, and the clerk told me they wern’t taking “special orders”. I explained that I didn’t want it that day and again he replied, “We aren’t taking special orders”, then I reminded him that this was an item listed on their menu board and his reply was. “We aren’t taking special orders”. Guess they don’t want my business. Last year they requested a couple leave because their very well behaved Pit Bull was with them. — This was the friendliest dog I have ever met and a couple of Yorkshire terriers were yapping and jumping up at another table, but were allowed to remain. Just have to shake my head and visit alternate bakeries.

Rating even 1 Star feels inadequate for disappointing treatment by the owner/chef and in good conscious I needed to leave a review before another child or parent was offended. The outside of the bakery looked quaint and inviting, even “instagram worthy”. However, when we walked in with our quiet and shy child, standing beside us as we ordered holding my hand. I asked my nonverbal child what which he’d like, he pointed to a pastry behind the glass display case, in doing so, a single finger touched the glass. The chef quickly asked us to keep our child from touching the glass. We tried to respectfully explain to him that he was simply communicating what he would he would like for brunch, but the owner wouldn’t hear it and kept talking over me and asking me to keep him from the glass. My son began to cry from being startled by the owner’s tone of voice. I’d have understood the request had my son been out of control or excessively touching and leaning on the display case; but he was just telling me which pastry he’d like, because I had asked him to do so. The term “non kid-friendly” wouldn’t do justice to this bakery, rather, “non patron-friendly”. I was disappointed in the owner/chef’s behavior, it overshadowed his beautiful pastries.
