Today would have been horrible day without the help of Ashley. I had bought some windshield wipers for my car, but one employee was struggling to install it, so Ashley came out and assisted and determined that my car was a special case that needed a particular windshield wiper. She explained the process and even helped me buy a particular AC freon can for my other car. If I ever start a company one day and need employees, I would absolutely try to poach her for my company! 10/10!!!

Yesterday, I left to go home after my work day . My car would not start. I'm 30+ miles from home and I realized I had no one to call for help. I felt so much anxiety and fear and so alone. Triple A would not tow My car close to my home. If I was back in Pittsburgh, i know i could've made a couple calls and someone would be there for me. But I realized how alone I truly am. But, someone was watching over me tho. 2 good Samaritans came to see if they could help. Total Strangers. Took the time to get jumper cables. It did not work. One of those strangers took my battery out and drove me to Advanced Auto. An Angel named Samantha works there. My battery tested great. It was my starter. Samantha at Advanced Auto called her husband and he came to my rescue. I am so grateful, I cannot express it enough. I'm trying so hard to be positive...I have no luck. My faith in humanity was restored, even just for now. I was so grateful to get home to Ursula, my dog, and be able to sit on my balcony trying calm down. I'm almost there (calm). Thanks to Strangers, I am grateful to the moon and back. 💜

Joe was absolutely amazing! I went in to try and find a part for my motorcycle. I usually exclusively go to Harley because the limited parts every other auto store has. Joe was amazing and helped me get exactly what I needed quick and provided exceptional customer service! I was impressed with how quick and courteous he addressed my concern and did the same for everyone else in the store while I was there.

I went there last week. A lady, I believe her name was Samantha, did everything to help me out even when at the beginning I did not have the complete information for my brother in-law car. Thank you.

I bought a battery here. The guy who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely made the horrible experience of having a dead battery easier.

Needed some diesel treatment late and could not get our corporate account accessed. The people here gave it to us for the corporate discount and got us on our way. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend these professional they go above and beyond and value their customers!

Recently I bought a bike and I was looking to paint my wheels with the same color. I search everyone to match the color which is Metallica blue. I was told to go to this auto parts store that they have the paint I need. I have a chrome bike so i needed paint to stick to metal and chrome. Its weird because I find stuff I need for my bikes at auto parts stores. As far as this one they. Always greet me and ask if 8 need any help. Staff is always cool and the store is always clean. Did some deliveries with Uber on my bike for this store too. They are always on point with me anyways🌀

I have been a customer here for many years. Service is great and they usually have what I need in stock. If it's not in stock I can usually get it within a day. They offer some specialty tools here for rent. The Car Wash and detailing section has a lot of products, many of which are professional grade.

I had a great experience with Carlos, very informative, a good worker, and a funny person. Very knowledgeable too.

Usually always have what I need for decent pricing.

Something that annoys me tho, why is it when I place an online order they never prepare it before my arrival. You get an email stating "your order is ready" but yet it's still not ready when you get there. Crazy!!

They had the brake rubber I needed to stop my brake lights from staying on. This was a life saver because last week Thursday night, my brake lights stayed on and my car wouldn't turn on. Once I got it jumped by a friend, I came to this store, and the item i purchased fit perfectly. Now, my car brake lights work as normal and dont stay on overnight. Thank you.
