Matthew Johnson, the store manager runs a really good store here. Very professional. I needed help with my battery warranty and for some reason I wasn't in the system. They took care of me right away and honored my warranty. Him and Hector are good men.

I have been in many AutoZone stores and this one by far has the best customer service. The store manager Paola went above and beyond helping me locating a pressure switch that I need it. extremely knowledgeable and completely in charge of the store, while she was helping me, she was also answering the phone and answer questions from her staff. Your company need more people like her an absolute professional !!

I will forever remain loyal to AutoZone, especially this location! The employees here went above and beyond to assist me today. Melissa and Matt provided invaluable support in resolving my car battery issue, with Matt even going the extra mile to replace it for me. Moreover, there were two other young men who extended their assistance throughout the day. The First was Hispanic and wore a lip ring. He worked with me for over an hour between 2pm and 3 pm. He was troubleshooting my car and also giving a battery charge.

The second young man, also Hispanic, stepped in at both 4 pm and 6:30 pm to offer his support. Regretfully, I don’t recall his name.

So, because of the exceptional service I received today, I wanted give a shout out to this remarkable team. I have never encountered such a high level of commitment and willingness to help at any other establishment.

I was struggling to find a pigtail connecter and Hakim found it for me! Also warrantied out a part that they had in stock. Great customer service and I’ll be back just for their experience. Thanks guys y’all made a parts customer for life.

Had a dead battery and came here! Angel, the manager, was incredibly helpful and funny! Very accommodating and efficient! Highly recommend coming here to get your car needs =)

A man named Bobby went the extra mile. The store was packed at the front and there were no associates available to install the battery I had purchased online. The lady at the frontdesk carried my battery out because it was so heavy and a fellow associate that usually works the warehouse was on his scheduled break. It was so hot outside even so, Bobby took time off of his break to install my battery in the blazing sun. Thank you AutoZone for working together to help me in a time of need.

The service was great. I had to purchase brake lights and I was having a hard time. Although the store was busy, Ross took the time to help me install the brake lights and showed me an easy way to do them the next time. Thanks

Ross was absolutely amazing. Our car decided to have a little freak out at 9:30 at night. We got to auto one at 9:45 (just before closing) and Ross came out and was able to assess a bad battery. He was extremely knowledgeable and let us know our battery that the battery type was wrong for our push to start car. He helped us pick out a reliable battery, and installed it right on the spot. Will definitely be coming back (and asking for Ross)!

This is by far the best auto parts store around. They have friendly customer service and the employees are very knowledgeable. They have the parts I need each time and it’s not a hassle to get it like other auto part stores.

Great service! Despite being busy, the representatives were very attentive and helpful. One representative that stood out was…James with the drip 💎 he was super polite and his help was much appreciated! If you’re needing vehicle assistance I highly recommend this location! It’s spacious and stocked!

This store was a great shopping experience. It’s a very large location, with a very large inventory of parts. They had exactly what we needed for our 2020 Honda Civic. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store itself was very clean and well stocked with inventory. I will be going to this location the next time I need something for the car.

Both the representative and manger worked hard to try to fix my issue regarding a previous order. Left very happy and would 100% come back again.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Justin helped me out so so much with my van. I was 600 miles from home and I was almost forced to get a rental car but he literally saved my van, bank account, and me. Bless him and whoever hired him there. Definitely recommend this parts store especially if he is working there 👍

I've purchased several parts from here, always great service. They tested, removed, and installed a new battery, with 5 year warranty!! I didn't have to wait very long, and they were fairly busy, but courteous. Xavier had us back on the road super quick and easy!

The staff and management here are amazing! Treat you like a celebrity, and always recommend parts or items that will go along with the repairs I’m working on before I even realize I need them. This location really impresses me lately!

I called them ahead of time to buy a new battery. They checked the store and let me know my options. Once I arrived to autozone I baught the battery and had it exchanged here. Very satisfied
