Marc did great at the self checkout! He found the part himself, rang himself up and paid himself flawlessly! I’m glad there was a reminder on register 4 to do a survey of my self check out! Will check out myself again!

Luis Was very helpful and made sure I was able to get the right bulbs for my car after being sold the wrong ones so I finally have tail lights working again . 10/10 amazing customer service best of all the autozones in the area who say they can’t help or let me purchase wrong parts. Great customer service at this store! My alternator went out on a busy day for me, during my route. They had my alternator in stock and loaned me some tools to swap it out in the parking lot. Thank you!

My daughter and I went there yesterday and got a batter and a windshield wiper for her car and Kique helped us immensely! He made sure we had the right wipers and battery for her car…and the best part he installed it! It didn’t take him long. This was a great experience!!!!

This "Auto Zone" is always willing to help the customers. Thank you "Ferlando" and the rest of the the staff for your kindness and willing to help. My car broke down not far from there and I had it towed this location. Management went beyond the call of duty to help! That's what I love about this location the staff's willingness to help and their kindest. I love this location keep up the good work!!!

The store manager (Lany) and sales associate (Kevin) were very helpful with me getting new break pads! Lany is a wonderful store manager, you don’t find many people like her anymore I hope she continues to excel !

Plenty of parking available, walked into a clean well stocked store. And was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable employee. As I went to check out, I was offered the opportunity to sign up for a program where you earn cash back with the money you spend. That's something I feel good about.
A very kind young man even came outside and installed the new windshield wipers I purchased. He asked that I try them out before I left.

Just dropped into auto zone on Busch and was completely satisfied with the coustmer service I received from yannis. he made sure I had everything I needed to get the job done and made sure I left with a smile on my face.He also made my day a lot better thank yannis for the great coustmer service and remain to do a great job and be a good young man.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are very informative and make it easy to understand the problem. One time I came in for an obd 2 scan and it showed it was an electrical input issue. So they offered to do an extra test on my battery and alternator. It ended up being my battery and they were able to change it in less than 10 minutes, had me in and out. Especially Lani whose always coming in with a smile and can always find what I need. Always love coming here since there's not a lot of people willing to help and explain things to women often. 13/10
