I arrived shortly after they open and browsed what I was looking for and was quickly helped at the counter to check out. Very much what everybody would look for in any store. That would be ideal circumstances and this store had that. Ideal circumstances for an uneventful but good trip for what I needed.

April is phenomenal!! She is knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. She was handling 3 things at once and correctly. We will definitely be back.

Having an older truck it's a little tough finding the correct parts. Matt was able to help me with everything I needed in one stop. Thankful for the Sunday hours as well. Overall a great experience.

Jamie the lady at the counter knew what she was doing understood the parts. it's nice to have a woman in charge who knows how to search for a rare 1994 hd 3500 c Truck part a mechanic's dream girl. She even did a search to find out if the part was even available. got me the fluid I needed for my power steering and out the door I went thank you Jamie

I had a wonderful experience at this location thanks a young gentleman, named sam, that helped me find the correct parts for my toyota camry with speed and ease. He has been a big help on multiple occasions, all around great guy .

Newly hired at Tire Kingdom and I was required to train at their facility. Friendly staff, great training, very informative and very clean facility. Wonderful establishment that cares about the functionality and drivability of your car.

The employees here are geniuses and deserve to be paid high amounts because they fix stuff for you like mechanics but better.

First off let me say that Dalton at this location was a greatest help to me and helped me with his knowledge alot. My truck started leaking antifreeze before I started my 200+ mile trip home, I panicked thinking I wouldnt find this part because its Sunday. My wife found NAPA tobe the closest auto parts store so we headed there right away. Walked in and Dalton greeted and asked how can he help me. Told/showed him my problem and he got me the parts that was needed and allowed me to repair my vehicle in the parking lot. If I'm ever in that area again and need of any auto parts this NAPA will be my first choice.

The help I received at the counter was exceptional. I will go out of my way to come back here when it comes time to get parts for my old truck.
