My husband and I went to
O'Reilly to charge our car battery.

A worker name
"Mr. Luis Jose" looked at me and asked

Do I Need A Chair To Sit Down?

OH MY GOD!!!

Then I ask to speak with his manager. I told the manager about
Mr. Luis Jose GREAT HEART OF CONCERN and CARE.

The manager was like CUSTOMERS ARE LIKE FAMILY HERE.

Mr. Snead is the manager.

I was here to buy windshield wipers. The store assistant Richard helped me choose the ones and installed them. He also cleaned my headlights. Very professional and courteous.

Great staff, great customer service, they are like family got exactly what I needed

Their service is not all guaranteed but with their limited staff they get a 10 for Mark on Busch Blvd..did the best and still I went back the next day and other guy that was there made sure my headlight low beam was fix..I'm much please with good customer service..your store is a good example for the other locations..keep your customers happy and their come back 😀

Andrew, the assistant store manager at this location went above and beyond any of my experiences. From listening to me vent on the phone about about my battery problem when most would have shut me down, to providing me with guidance on current part. The first location gave me incorrect pricing for my battery, rather than ensuring the battery matched my vehicle. Then he installed it..I'm extremely satisfied with Andrew' level of expertise and professionalism.

I spent a solid 10 min trying to find the right nut, i was desperate and was going to make something work. An associate noticed and joined in in the mission and we found a package of a couple obscure nuts off to the side of the store. Rock solid customer service they identified my problem and helped me handle it without pointing out that i was being the guy who couldnt get a nut to screw onto a bolt…… why is it when you need just one single parts its always in the neither regions of some facility because all the shelf items displayed just wont work.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. My brother who moonlights as a mechanic also said that they usually have the lowest prices for parts. I also like the rewards program. I get a coupon in the mail sometimes from $5 - $10 off of $5- $10. So that's great!

I just had one of the best customer service experiences in my life here! After having a nightmare of a day w/my 2012 Kia Soul's 2 headlights both going out this morning on my way to work. After having to take a 2 1/2 hour lunch break to take it to a Service Center, I was told that it would cost me over $200 to change both bulbs. After refusing to pay that, I went to one of your competitor's and was told that it was most likely an electrical issue after they helped me look @ the fuses. Feeling broken and defeated, I decided to go to your location. What a GREAT decision. I was warmly and abruptly greeted and helped by Russell. Right away I knew I was in good hands. He figured out what bulbs I needed and went above and beyond and installed them for me. One of them didn't work and he checked the fuse and realized that it needed to be changed. Like a skilled craftsman, he quickly got it all changed and working for me! What an asset to your company! He totally saved my day! You now have a customer for life!

Had a horrible experience with a competitor's store... When I called O'Reilly's I spoke with Cliff and he was super polite and helpful. I came in the next day to get my battery changed out. Cliff was there, and he was able to get me all fixed up with a new battery! Thank you Sooooooo Much! Will definitely only come here with any car needs!!

Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part and that it got delivered to the right place thanks so much for everything really made my day much easier.

At this particular store there only a couple of helpful associates number one is Benny he's extremely polite and his face presents a smile everyone ive never seen this guy have a bad day as a disabled vet this is were I come he changes my lights,batteries,whatever I need and doesn't hesitate to recommend items that are on sale at discounts we need more Benny's so I'm calling corporate office to not let this guy take another vacation he's asset

Great staff, had an issue with my car and not only did they have a part for a 15 year old vehicle, they were able to hold it in good faith that I was going to be able to come back for it. ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!!!! I didn't think I was able to come up with the rest the part and below and behold I did. It was right at the counter as promised to me.

These guys are really cool. They didn't have a radiator hose for my wife's car cuz it's a really weird Daewoo with a Chevy engine called a Suzuki but they let me dig around back to find one that would work. They seem to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers would recommend this place to anybody. They don't have the cheapest Parts in town but they got Quality Parts and I would rather pay a little extra then do the job twice cuz my part didn't work.

Amazing experience. They had the part I needed (a not in stock OEM part) that day with no issues. It was also 25% cheaper than the dealer was asking for the same part.

His guys are so helpful I call for a part price got one right away so to my would be there in send minutes and they were waiting on me with the part in hand made a nice easy transaction for me I was able to get home and just enough time to repair my vehicle and save the day thank you o'reillys
