Hurrah for Kayla & Jordan!! Went in yesterday with some questions and had a very satisfactory experience with the two of them. They were very straightforward, no fine print, no bait and switch. I was actually very impressed with how much time the employees spend with their customers. Would definitely recommend T-Mobile.

The reason I emphasized that they didn't do shady things is that I've have some bad experiences with another phone company (3 capital letters and an ampersand) and all I got was fine print and bait and switch. That they didn't do it was refreshing.

Customer experience in this store is amazing. Other stores nearby continue to bash this location because they out perform them. This store will give you the best deal possible and truly will give you the opportunity to take advantage of all promotions T-Mobile have to offer

I just came from the store and met the new manager there, Kayla. I went in to get the trackers I signed up for when we switched from Verizon a couple of months ago. They had been out of stock. She got me an even better promotion (4 now instead of 3 for $1 less!) and credited me for the tax I had to pay for the inconvenience of needing to return. Both Kayla and Austin wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the service. So many companies don't value customer service these days so it was really nice that they actually cared about my being happy, and the other customer they were helping before I came in. My trackers are all set up now and ready to use.

This store has great customer service! I was opening a new line with my fiance and the rep Nani was super nice and made the process very easy. One of the managers I think even brought us ice water and a crumbl cookie!

T-Mobile is the best! Great service and promotions! Really make you feel like a valued customer. The San Ramon store always has the most helpful and friendly customer service reps working.

Jordan at TMobile San Ramon, CA was unbelievable. He fixed my I12 in a few minutes where the back end high tech personnel could not. Greatly appreciate Jordan.

I just want to recognized the amazing customer service of the staff at T-mobile. Francisco (manager) and his team went out of their way to accomodate my needs above and beyond. From having a broken screen to walking away with a new replacement not missing data or important text history for my business was a God sent. I had been a T-mobile user for about 5 years now and always have good experiences at different locations, but this time was the highlight. I was compelled to treat them with a Starbucks drinks which I personally pick and delivered.
If you are ready to experience this level of first class customer service, you need to stop by and see them. Thank you Francisco and team. Keep the good working ethics and positive attitude.

Ethan was great. A total one man army for customer service. Unfortunately it was just him and quite a few customers but he handle it like a champ. Moreover, he was able to address an issue with my phone the guys at Xfinity mobile failed to. So kudos to this guy.

The new manager at this stoor came out to my car to fix my Bluetooth which for some reason had decided not to work and didn't respond for me.
