CVS

Kirsten is always extremely welcoming and helpful when I visit the location. She is always checking on me to make sure I'm not having any issues, and if I do, they are always fixed quickly. She is a significant part as to why I choose to go get vitamins and such at CVS over the Walmart next door. I never have to hunt her down to get help about a product or to ask questions.

The pharmacy and store staff are always helpful and kind. I needed a flu vaccine in a time crunch and the pharmacy was able to accommodate me.

The store is always clean and cool, large selection of everything. The pharmacy, while extremely busy is getting much better with their organization and logistics. The best bet is go inside to pickup your prescription of you can.

I love this location for picking up prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is great. The other day I placed an otc order for pickup in store. Kristen was the cashier up front, I informed her I was picking up an order she got an attitude and being loud saying what kind of pick up and starts naming different companies such as FedEx, UPS etc...I then stated I will show you the order number because i really dont like how you talking to me right now. That's when her attitude changed and she tried laughing it off saying she was confused.

I understand wait times may be long on some days, but I usually have no problem with this CVS. The staff is very awesome. They are always super nice and helpful when I have any questions. It is a pharmacy not a McDonalds, so waiting an extra few minutes is expected.

They are always courteous and always have my scripts ready when they tell me they will be ready. They always have my scripts correct. I couldn't ask for better service from the pharmacy. I don't go in the store very often, but when I do it always appears clean and I'm always greater within five steps if the door.

I love the pharmacy staff at this location. Joe made sure to look into an issue with my prescription today and filled it quickly for me.!! He also always answers my questions thoroughly. Thank you so much. There is also another guy that’s always very helpful but I don’t know his name or if he still works at CVS Anna.

Victor the Pharmacist and Amanda all so helpful they always take their time to answer my questions. The Drive Thru is extremely busy everyday I wish people were more patient with the Staff! I totally recommend CVS in Anna Tx!!

I have to say that I have had the immense pleasure of having Catherine from the Pharmacy help me tonight with a very tricky situation. I am so very greatful for her sweetness and her patience and willingness to help, she deserves so much in the way of kudos. This mom is truly greatful!!

Even as busy as the staff at the CVS Pharmacy in Anna is, they are always pleasant and efficient. Hats off to the manager Sydney, for training his staff so wrll!!

The staff is friendly and always go out of their way to help us manage our prescriptions even taking time to find us a coupon for one of my husband's more expensive medications. Love this pharmacy!

Because they have a little bit of everything. They have saved my ass on more than a few occasions, often time even cheaper! This particular store is very clean and has the nicest employees.

I see all the negative comments but anytime I've been in there I've always been greeted and felt welcomed. All my expirences have been positive at this location. Thanks!

Always greeted with a smile and a "hello welcome to CVS". This is probably one of the cleanest CVS's I've been in, in this area.

Went to pick up medicine for one of my ladies who couldn't leave home. They were quick and efficient and very friendly. I'll return

The staff has been consistantly knowledgeable and prompt from the day they opened.
