Went in for a battery and rear wiper. Josh helped me and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he verify the products needed for my vehicle and take the time to explain everything to me but he also changed my battery and wiper for me. You don’t see customer service like this all the time and this really made my day. Go in and see Josh. He’s great. Will for sure go back. Thanks Josh!

He trouble shot my check engine light found out it was the battery, checked my voltage, made sure that it was just my battery helped me choose the correct one and even installed it! Also it was very quick. Mr. Jason is the most knowledgeable, proficient, and quickest person to help me. BIG THANKS!

I wish I could remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that helped me out with my car battery. I believe one was training the other. My car was acting weird and I suspected the battery. They checked my battery before I committed to buying a new one and installed it for me. They even double and triple checked that the battery they had in stock would fit my car. Measured it twice. Thank you guys! It was much appreciated!

Love this store! Customer service is amazing! I had a bad battery on a really cold night and they willingly braved the cold temps to get me going! Also they weren't mask dictators during the COVID stupidity! Many of the other stores were! This will be my go to auto parts store for as long as I live here!

Jimmy M was absolutely AMAZING! I had to get a new battery in my car 9/9/22. Jimmy came outside tested my battery and walked us directly to what we needed in my car. He installed it for us and had a hell of a time getting it out of my car AND putting it back in. He spent about 30 min helping us and had not one complaint or stopped smiling. He was so helpful the entire time and really didn’t make me feel like a bother once. These days you can’t find good customer service or people who genuinely WANT to help, but he did. I believe he truly deserves a raise! I will keep coming to this store solely because the customer service Jimmy gave today. I hope this finds its way to corporate because he deserves every ounce of recognition.

Tim the store manager is so extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very good at multi tasking with helping the customers and answering his employees questions. He provided excellent customer service definitely went above and beyond for us.

Mr. Tim Campbell it’s awesome!! He helped us problem solve our issue and was able to identify the parts we really needed vs parts that could wait/ wasn’t part of the no start issue. The lady that helped me didnt make me feel stupid for not knowing how windshield wipers are changed, she even made sure i grabbed the right ones after I mistakenly grabbed two of the same size and than she showed me how to change them myself. Its my first car and i never really had anyone to teach me about cars so I was scared I was going to be made fun of but she just helped me no questions asked and the best part Is now i know how to do it myself.

Drove from out of town and due to computer error was given the wrong part.
1 week later after opening product bag I realized wrong part drove approx 50 miles and Mgr was absolutely wonderful to get me new part. No problem.

Called Shaun about A thin wall special socket for the spark plug. He already knew what I needed I went down and he had it on the counter ready for me. Call the O’Reilly auto parts their parts person didn’t even know what I was talking about. Thanks again AutoZone.
