Alecia! I have not met this girl before a day in my life, but she was absolutely amazing! My initial experience was not a good one, so I was going to leave after I gave her my review. However, she did a complete turnaround for me and she helped me tremendously with choosing the right product for me as I was having a really rough week, I just want to thank her so much for being so sweet and so understanding and so helpful and choosing the right product is probably the best employee I’ve ever ran across so thank you so much for being so sweet and so helpful !!!

This store has absolutely everything you'll need to do a client's hair. I love the energy and the customer service is immaculate. I was helped by Alecia and she was so helpful and excited to tell me about the products I was needing, this is a 10/10 for me!

Gi-Gi was super sweet and extremely helpful! I needed to grab some nail polish really quickly to get ready for a wedding and she immediately took me to the various places that they sell nail polish. I also got a free gift! I'll have to come back ❤

CC made my experience very pleasant! She gave me a honest review on wigs and hooked me up! She went above and beyond to find the last deep wave wig! So happy and so excited to feel beautiful !

I came in to get some accessories for my daughters hair and Alecia, assisted us, helped us make a great selection and even went back a couple times from the register to make certain everything we needed was exactly right before we checked out!!! It was phenomenal. I absolutely had no clue what I was looking for and this sweet young lady said may I help you and I said Please. Her name was Meci, she helped me until I left that store. She was kind, knowledgeable and had a lot of patience. This is an example of what customer service should look like. 😊

It’s been a while since I’ve visited Hair Queen. I was beyond impressed today with Alecia’s top notch customer service. I had questions she had answers. I loved the treatment my daughter and I received today. We will return and ask for her!!

Alecia is the best color coordinator, very helpful, very prompt to customers and very nice and courteous. Precious didn’t know me from Adam and Eve and came and greeted me with a smile, and was very helpful. I recommend these girls for anything you need at hair Queen! They are the best ! Don’t know them and I love them already.

Mieci was amazing. She was very kind, patience and knowledgeable. Good customer service is hard to find these days but this young lady exhibits it well! May God continue to bless her!

the costumer service and patience that rickayla showed me was amazing. you guys were out of a product i needed and she made sure that there wasn’t any hiding in the back and recommend multiple products that would give me a similar outcome. i will definitely be back to shop again.
