Very clean, well maintained, and well stocked convenience store and gas station. It’s a good place to stop and get ice or a sandwich or even wood for your fireplace.

Seems like a nice clean place. Drive up, fill up, and drive off - clean and simple. Gas is much cheaper than in Chicago!

I purchase E85 for my vehicle and this the only gas station in the are that sells this fuel which is convenient for me, that did had the issue of these pumps taking forever to pump but it's been two months since they fixed that issue, night people can be a little more friendly but I understand it's the night shift. Over all great gas station clean, well stocked. Love the rewards program .

I cannot say enough good things about Thorntons and the team of smiling professionals that work there! The people who work at Thorntons are always smiling, despite patrons that are often less than nice. A great experience every time!

From the greeting as you walk in, the smile you get at the register makes you feel like it's a family run operation , they ask your name , and then you become a friend, not just a guest, the place is articulate and has everything you could want, as you walk out they ask you to come back, all servers are as kind as you can get, and I thank them

Not sure what everyone is so upset about, it's a gas station, not a Nordstrom's. Good gas, clean, decent prices, plus Lake County taxes. What's not to like?

I GO TO THORNTONS EVERY MORNING AFTER I GET THROUGH DRIVING MY CHILDREN ON MY SCHOOL BUS TO COVE SCHOOL. THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO HELPFUL. JASMINE, JEN, JULIE, SUE AND THE MANAGER DAWN. I FORGOT DREW.
