Paris Banh Mi Cafe and Bakery - Athens

I’ve had Paris Bánh Mì twice since it’s opened and it’s been great! As a Vietnamese American it’s rare to find such great tasting authentic pho and bánh mì.

I got the Pho P8. which is basically all the meats! It had great tasting brisket, ribs, and meatballs. The broth itself is a little sweet which is great. I added some red sauce and black sauce to have that great tasting combo for the meat flavors. It’s a great and easy meal for those on a hurry.

I also had the Bánh Mì B13 which is bulgogi inside. It was so flavorful and delicious. I usually like to eat half of my sandwich and take the rest home. It was even great after a few days in the fridge.

Desert and bakery wise had great options so I helped myself to some cheesecake. It was so worth it.

For those coming to try this new location in Athens I also recommend getting a boba drink as the milk tea base is very strong in tea! Try one of their phos and sandwiches as well!

The banh mis are a nice, fresh bite. I can definitely attest to that. It’s great each time I’ve been here. Price wise, a little bit pricier but that’s due to the location. That’s what you get in Athens. I only wished the baguettes were bigger.

Pretty ample seating for hanging out or studying. Had some games available to play while here.

Appealing to those who want a hint of Asian cuisine without having to travel to Duluth or Doraville.

I’ve been looking forward to Paris Bahn Mi opening up for such a long time! It did not disappoint. It’s so beautiful inside and the food is fantastic. It’s so fresh. They even have an assortment of baked good and packaged snacks!

A wonderful spot for vegans with great staff and service! Non-dairy creamer is used to make all boba milk tea. Their vegan pho, toast, and Bahn Mi are amazing! I've been twice and I plan to go again.

Also, it would be lovely if they could provide some vegan pastry options as well🤤

Cute lil boba place. The tea itself is about the equivalent of milk tea anywhere, but the tapioca pearls are next level. Super soft and not too chewy. Soft delicious tapioca. And the foam topping is phenomenal. Some drinks come in a can which is kinda weird though.

Fast and agile team. Their pastries look so tasty. I got the grilled pork banh mi and a classic boba tea 🧋 I’m already a boba fanatic but this was my first time eating a banh mi. It was so tasty and I will definitely be back! Welcome to Athens!

I have been to Athens for 7 months now and I see a lot of bars here until I stubble upon Paris Banh Mi. This Cafe may have the best coffee Athens has to offer. I been coming here almost daily for their Milk Coffee and most importantly one of my favorite dish the Vietnamese Broken Rice Bowl. Definitely the spot to go to after hitting the gym.Get this they have Vietnamese snacks very exotic I highly recommend to try it out you guys won’t regret it!!!!

My initial impression of the restaurant was that I could now enjoy my favorite banh mi without having to drive too far south into the Duluth area. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a charming background that showcases various aspects of Vietnamese food culture, from quick bites to more elaborate dishes. I particularly enjoyed the spinach croissants for breakfast.

This place is a gem in downtown Athens! We tried the grilled pork and steak bolgogi banh mi sandwiches, plus the potato orginal corn dog, and all of the food was delicious. The steak bulgogi is a must try! We will definitely be back to try the pho and signature drinks. Additionally, the staff is very attentive and pleasant. The only room for improvement is in the limited seating, but we expect that more will be added to fill the space!

Great food, really cool atmosphere. If you are new to Vietnamese food, the menu and staff do an amazing job explaining menu items.

Had been eagerly awaiting this place to open, and this food was so worth the wait. The grilled pork banh mi was sweet and spicy and so satisfying. We came in to eat before a concert so I didn't have as much a chance to try all the things I'd like, so I can't wait to come back and try the pho, corn dogs, and some of amazing looking drinks.

I ordered the beef pho & grilled pork banh mi combo, an iced milk coffee & the Vietnamese bulgogi with shaking rice to go. Even after the 45 minute drive home, my iced coffee was on point, the Pho reminded me of my mom's & the banh mi - very flavorful & the bread was reminiscent of the banh mi from my grandmother's Vietnamese restaurant in Paris. I will be back.

I came here on Tuesday and let me say “CHEFS KISS” this was my first time here. I ordered the Pho with meat, tofu and a side of fried egg rolls. I usually go to Just Pho but this will be my new spot. Very clean and spacious and the staff was Great as well making you want to come back.

I came here on Friday night. I got the beef+meatball Pho and grilled pork banh mi both were very good and well balanced I love the sour pickles. Would definitely bring family and friends here!

The B5-Bulgogogi Steak Sandwich- is amazing! I love sweet meat, and between that and the veggies that tasted like cole slaw. It made for a delicious sandwich that was wrapped so neatly and cut in half. Oh....because of my food intolerance to jalapeños, had them leave them off, and it was still DELICIOUS!!! The place was neat, clean, and open. Too, the service was VERY great and personal.

So friendly service. My steak banh mi sandwich was very delicious as I Didn’t know what to expect not ever eating much Vietnamese food. Nice Athens Downtown atmosphere.

I ordered the grilled chicken banhmi today it was so good I had to order another one to take home. The taro milk tea was very good also. The place is very clean and service was fast.

Love the atmosphere here. The service is great as well. I love banh mi, so having a place in Athens that serves it specifically is amazing
