Rustic Elegance Lodge

We enjoyed your house immensely. The set up was perfect for us. My wife and I were vacationing with our adult children and grandchildren. We filled the house. The kids had a great time, exploring the woods and enjoying the yard. The house was remarkably clean and staff very responsive to any issues that might come up. Communication was considered excellent. The location was perfect for visiting Nashville and morning mountain biking in the park. The gang loved the hot tub.

Our stay at Rustic Elegance was fantastic.
We were impressed by the well stocked kitchen, plush towels and overall cleanliness. Not to mention the ensuite bedrooms and very cozy beds.
We enjoyed the fire pit and made good use of the grill as well.
The added bonus was the warm hot tub to relax in after a long day of hiking.
We highly recommend you come visit and stay at Rustic Elegance. Your family and friends will thoroughly enjoy it.

We had stayed in this cabin several years ago prior to the new owners. It did not disappoint. In fact we felt it was better than before. It was stocked better with kitchen items and utensils needed. Well worth booking this cabin. Close to downtown and yet private. We will be there again in November for our girls weekend and rebooked for September for our couples weekend.

My family and I have spent a winter weekend in Brown County for the past four years. The first two years we did not stay at Rustic Elegance. We spent our first weekend at Rustic Elegance in January, 2020. We loved it! The next year we took a vote about where we would stay in February, 2021 and Rustic Elegance won hands down. The cabin is beautiful and homey. We love the way it's decorated. One year the Christmas decorations were still up which was really special. This year the weather was nice enough to go outside. We were able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the surroundings. The cabin is very big. Everyone has their own room and bathroom. We really like this aspect of the cabin because each family can have privacy. High chairs, booster seats, pack and plays are also provided for little ones. The kitchen is large. I love cooking in it. It's filled with everything you need to cook a big family meal. Not to mention the cabin is very clean. We've never has an issue with cleanliness! Travis is extremely easy to work with and answers questions and concerns quickly. Check in is super simple! One of my favorite things about Rustic Elegance is the ease with which you can check in. Both years we stayed at Rustic Elegance we were visited by a beautiful cardinal. I don't know if it's the same one or not but he certainly looks like he's at home. Rustic Elegance is set in the woods but town is not far away if you've forgotten something which I always do. You definitely get the best of both worlds: 'rustic elegance' and convenience of town. My family and I will definitely be returning to Rustic Elegance in the future for our annual winter weekend. We've even discussed coming back in the fall! You won't be disappointed in Rustic Elegance.

Spent a girls weekend at Rustic Elegance Lodge. Everyone had their own bedroom! So much space to gather. The kitchen is a dream. We loved the quick clean up with 2 sinks! It was very cold and we stayed during an outbreak of another round of COVID so we were happy to hunker down in a great space! We loved the hot tub. We never had to reach out with any issues because there weren't any issues. The house is spotless. Can not wait to stay here again.

We have been staying at Rustic Elegance the past 7 years or so, this magnificent cabin keeps drawing us back. The owners continue to make necessary repairs and updates year after year keeping it in tip top shape. Recently included new hot tub, some appliances, new decking boards as needed, ring swing game, and other improvements. I am very detailed as on our most recent stay, I did not see one light bulb burned out as that cabin as many. It has 6 bedroom, of which 4 of them have their own bathroom and the other two share a jack and Jill bathroom . The desk is wrapped beautifully around the cabin as you can find yourself a quiet corner to read a book or enjoy the view and sounds as if in a forest. The cabin is big enough where our grandkids can enjoy their space in the down stairs, yet we can all gather together on the main floor living area and come together for a family meal. Making meals in the cabin is fun as a large kitchen allows my family of cooks to make meals, we always take turns making one main meal each evening as well. We enjoy family game time at various times whether in the cabin or outside in the nice mowed lot around the cabin. We also gather around the fire ring at night for bonding times around the dancing campfire, The cabin is secluded as seems we are in a space by ourselves yet right off the main highway. The owners have the cabin nicely decorated giving it a homie cabin feel. We also are very pleased with the cleaning service as the cabin is spotless and the deck cleaned off of leaves land sticks. There are nicely spaced chairs around the cabin as well along with a nice grill for grilling out.
Thank you Owners for a place for my family to gather and get away.... especially nice this year with the covid going on. We had a peaceful, awesome and bonding time once again !

I, along with 9 other family members, visit Brown County every year. This was a tradition that started with my grandmother and her 6 daughters about 38 years ago and now includes daughters and cousins. We have stayed at many cabins and this one, by far; is our favorite! We love how spacious it is! We are all able to sit around the dinner table and hang out together in the living room. The beds are comfy and the showers are great. The cabin has always been cleaned well. The hot tub is always a hit and we love that there are extra towels set aside for use with the hot tub. We have already scheduled this cabin for next year!!!!

My high school girl friends and I have been enjoying a fall weekend at Rustic Elegance for several years. The accommodations are perfect. Extremely clean and comfortable. As part of our routine, we enjoy cooking together and “eating in”. The kitchen is perfect for group dining.
We love our yearly Brown County get away and look forward to returning next year!

Rustic Elegance Lodge was an amazing place to stay! Our family loved this beautiful home! It was a great place to stay in Nashville, Indiana! The owner was great to work with! It was wonderful and surprising to find such a quality place at the last minute when our other two reservations got cancelled for Memorial Day weekend! Hope to go back!

Thank you Rustic Elegance for a most enjoyable weekend with siblings and spouses. We enjoyed cooking, grilling, playing games, sitting by the fire and more! This cabin has similarities to those cabins in the TN mountains with a shorter distance for us to travel! We look forward to our return trip!

This is a beautiful home meant for friends and families to share. We have had a girls reunion here for the past 9 years. The owners are very accommodating and the location is perfect for exploring Brown County.

Our family had our Christmas at this cabin this past weekend. We were so pleased with how clean it was and how helpful Travis was in helping us . We have already booked it for January 2021 🎅 I would definitely recommend this cabin !!

Great place to stay! Very clean and the owners respond to emails quickly and were very patient to answer ALL my questions. I'm excited to stay here or at another one of their properties soon!
