Cool waters is my favorite place to get t shirts from when I’m in the dells awesome employees and nice clean atmosphere

Bought a hoodie yesterday, came back next morning to exchange because of size. Person working could not have been more nice. Definitely recommend getting souvenir shirts and hoodies here.

I went here to get a sweatshirt with my mom this past weekend and my mom is legally blind and uses a service dog to help her get around. We were looking around the store in 2 different spots and a woman that worked at the store approached my mom and told her that service dogs are not allowed here. My mom was able to find me in the store and told me what happened and that she wanted to leave at this point. While this was happening the woman was talking to a man and they were watching us and laughing. Legally we did not have to leave but my mom was very uncomfortable so we left the store. This was the second place in the Dells area that was very disrespectful to the fact that my mom has a service dog.

Recently bought a Wisconsin Dells hoodie, washed it once and half of the lettering fell off! Very disappointed...
