My dog recently passed and the day before we received a shipment for her kidney care dog food. We called to see if we could return it, but they said to donate it and credited us back the money. But they didn’t stop there. Nia from Chewy went above and beyond and sent a dozen roses along with a special note personalized with my dog’s name. We couldn’t be more impressed by this company. I felt it was important to share to let everyone know there are still companies out there that care about their customers. While this may not be a big deal to Chewy it really touched our family. Thank you Nia and Chewy family.

This review is for the fabulous pharmacy tech with the company Chewy that helped my wife and I find our dogs prescription. The young lady was Jessica and she went above and beyond to help locate where my dogs prescribed pills were that FedEx lost. This prescription is detrimental for my dogs health. Thank you Chewy for hiring and training people who truly care for the customer. If all of your employees are like Jessica, we are a customer for life! Thank you!

I have been using Chewy for years for my pet food, pharmaceuticals, toys etc. They always have a great variety, great prices, especially through auto ship. A few days ago, our 16 year old kitty, Elsie passed and I had just ordered food for her. unfortunately it was too late for them to stop the shipment, but they ended up crediting me so I could donate the food. they also sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers today. That was so unexpected and so very appreciated. This is and has been a terrific company. They have life long customers with us! Thank you Chewy!

Absolutely LOVE Chewy!! Products are at a much better price than most of my local stores and they always have great sales/deals on things. Shipping is super fast…I usually have my package within 3 or 4 days of ordering. The ONE time something arrived broken, they immediately replaced it. Customer service is great.

I can’t say enough wonderful words to express how I feel about Chewy. I’ve always relied on them to bring me my pet meds quick & reasonably priced but after my dog, Ruby passed away, I really saw this company shine.
My good friend told me that I could return a box of expensive heart worm medication that I hadn’t opened for a refund. That helped so much after I had spent a lot on vet bills. Then to top it off, they sent us flowers. I was stunned by that kindness at our height of grieving. It really means a lot that in our busy lives & when it seems a company is so large, someone there keeps this company true to value it’s customers and their pets. It touched my heart so much.

Just wanted to say how wonderful Chewy is with their customers. Today I received this beautiful flower arrangement from Chewy for the lost of my 15 1/2 year old pom. What company would thank so deeply of their customers feeling with the lost of their fur baby! Like many people, I have purchased a multitude of products online in recent years and have found Chewy’s website easy to navigate and their range of products suitable for every budget.
For the times I have called, Chewy’s Customer Service team has been consistently friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Chewy employees know their systems' technology and can rapidly research and provide detailed product information and/or comparisons that may not be found in a description. Furthermore, Chewy has empowered its employees to make "executive" decisions on behalf of customers.
Truly, Chewy’s policies, procedures and generosity is an anomaly in this country today, where "customer service" is often just the name of a department; not the truth and not the real-life experience.
I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent products and service I have received from Chewy over the span of many years. Chewy treats everyone with respect and dignity; and no corporation, online or in person, that I have dealt with in recent years can hold a candle to the integrity, efficiency and overall beneficial interactions I have experienced with Chewy.
For this, I am profoundly grateful. Chewy has enabled me to provide for my own pets and for the precious ones that I foster and support through my local TNR programs. Chewy has made this possible because it is the one entity that meets all of my needs so that I can better serve others.

These mental giants didn't mark a prescription medication as needing to be re-validated by the vet. By the time we find out our dog runs out and we need to see an emergency vet to get enough medication until we can get an appointment. VCA also dropped the ball and never contacted us to check on our dog. So, we find a new vet. Spend extra money to have our dog tested, etc, submit new vet info, call Chewy directly because we knew they would F it up. They say it's all good, and they'll ship the prescription. I got a follow-up email that the order was canceled. Chewy keeps trying to contact our old vet. Done with this company.

My auto ship order for heart guard and next card was all screwed up, evidently because my Vet had died and they decided to cancel the heart guard, but they shipped the next guard.
