Owner went above and beyond customizing my boots!

I bought a pair of distressed black Corral boots, I said to my husband that the boots would be even more perfect in all black, and the owner immediately said to me that he could make that happen, he grabbed a caddie full of products from his office and got to work!

He personally hand painted, leather treated and shined my new boots! I was extremely happy with the service provided, I don't know of any shoe store that does that for their clients! Not only I got a beautiful pair of new boots, I also left the store with an amazing buying experience!

Amazing customer service and good selection of boots and men's dress shirts. My wife purchased 3 pairs of boots. Two for her and a pair for our daughter. They were super happy with boots. I'm a pretty tall guy and was able to find and purchase two really nice long sleeve dress shirts. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family.

I found this store today. I’ve been a Sacramento resident for over 40 years. Watt Avenue is a well known thoroughfare connecting multiple neighborhoods from Roseville to Elk Grove. And like western times, finding a well-watered place “Durango” you will find a refreshing, delightful retail shopping experience. Durango Western Wear has the best western array of apparel with everything from belts, hats and boots for kids to 20x hats for scrupulous abuelitos. Pricing is fair for the high quality garments. Be prepared for the best shopping experience in Sacramento. Rodrigo is genuine, honest, humble, handsome and kind. I will definitely shop there for all my future western needs.

First time here. Brought my 95 year old grandfather to get some boots and the customer service was second to none. We were not being upsold on anything. The store is small and reminds me of a mom and pop store everybody wants to buy from. The owners were so very sweet and attended to us like we were regulars.
