7-Eleven

This 7-Eleven is usually spotless and the staff goes above and beyond with customer service.

You'll likely be greeted by the super friendly and helpful staff as soon as you walk in.

On my most recent visit the gentleman behind the counter, after offering me a hearty welcome, rushed over to hold the door for me. This kind and energetic young man provided the same level of service to other customers while I was there. He asked how he could help and led me to the ATM at the back of the store.

These folks actually seem to enjoy their job, a refreshing change from most quicky markets.

The store is always clean and well stocked with everything you'd expect to find.

Slurpee machine is well maintained as are the other beverage dispensers including fresh coffee that's better than average. Even the hot foods looked fresh, a rarity at such stores.

Coolers and displays are well kept and constantly reorganized.

If you're in need, everything is easily ADA accessible and well laid out.

My transactions were taken care of with a smile and efficiency.

On my way out staff wished me a good day, held the door for me again and pointed out shady spots for me to wait for my transportation to arrive. I can't say enough good things about the staff here.

If you're in the area and feel like a snack, looking for some slushy goodness, beer, lotto tickets, smokes, that roll of scotch tape you forgot to pickup at your regular market, or whatever, this is your spot.

It's nice to see that the 7-Eleven I went to for treats in grade school 40+ years ago is still there and better than ever.

Great store love their coffee and sandwiches, competitive prices. Big selection of items. Located off Madison Ave & Auburn Blvd and not far from I80

I've been a client of this store more than 2 years. I've never meet so amazing customer service as here! Mike and Austin are amazing! They're very polite and pay attention to customer's needs always. Ever if I'm staying in the line I see how patient they to everyone and try to help each person. Also, this place is always clean, seems like you guys never tired and have a lot of energy to so many things in one time as cleaning and selling. Thank you!

It's very good store. In the morning I really like to buy and eat a piece of soft, juicy, delicious pizza, or the same delicious soft chicken leg on the left, or on the left of the car stop. Very tasty. There are all the little things that you need on the go. Thank you sellers. May this shop always be, bless the polite, skillful sellers, Lord God.

The customer service is always off the hook here and the pizza is hot and fresh you can get a big whole pizza hot and fresh with lots of sauce and they have variety best place if you have a lot of kids that u need to feed for super cheap also you can buy there pizza with food stamps and they also let you buy fresh hot wings to perfect for the kids on a school night on a budget the parking is great and they have wheelchair access readily available lots of drink options to thanks 711!

Well I think this is one of the very finest 7-11's in the greater Sacramrnto area. Yeah some of the passer thru'ers aren't the "savory-est" of types. But inside - the store is always spotless clean, the hot food is always fairly (if not very!) fresh, their fountain soda is very well brix'ed and maintained (aka it serves great tasting soda!), their good about displaying all the current points awards/items place cards, and their cashier's have always been very business like, if not down right neighborly after they seen me more than a couple times!

Clear open aisles, easy to find products, quick transactions and very polite customer service, I really can't complain :)

Well as I approached the doors I noticed a black man passed out off to the side of the building and when I went to get a doughnut plenty of flies were buzzing around inside so I give this place. A ****** star rate
