I came in with a list of issues and they were extremely patient with me and helped me solved them one by one

I also had issues with Apps for my banking and it won't launch but they were able to spend almost 40 minutes helping me with each issue ♥

I would recommend them to my friends and family and encourage everyone to walk in to get the best deal 🤝

I’ve been here twice, and John both times has helped me out, he is by far the nicest Metro PCS staff member I have ever met. I would drive out of my way just to go to this store because he is knowledgeable and always fixes any issues that I come across with the upmost customer service and politeness. If anyone at a corporate chain is reading this I missed the time window to do my survey however I want to make sure John gets the recognition he deserves, if I could give more than five stars I would.

Really great staff, today I walked into metro PCS to buy a new phone and I was greeted by two workers there, John and Karina I believe her name is. Not only did they help me but I felt welcomed. Other metro stores don't seem as if they care about you like this store located on Antelope. Great workers and great service.

I just want to say thank you Jon for being back! I just want to say is definitely my only store I go to for anything!! Jon has always been so helpful and professional every time I come in the store is very clean and organized and he’s always helping everyone in such a way that makes you feel like at home, thank you metro for having Jon on board definitely makes a difference!

Jon made this experience the best one I've had since I been with metro! Came in ready to cancel and switch but definitely changed my mind due to his professional attitude I also have to say He made me feel safe and comfortable at his store it's super clean and organized! Omar and John were extremely helpful in every way. They went the extra mile to make sure my new phone was completely set up and even helped me transfer over some of my important information from my old phone. These two are the reason why I keep coming back to this specific metro location and I will continue to do so

John was the BEST (no wonder he's the manager)!!! He was very patient and informative. I left with better than I expected and received a case, great phone, and a tablet all for a reasonable price!

Danish helped me. He gave great service and answered all my questions. I got what i went in for and a great new car phone mount. He told me about the car mount that was on sale. I love a great deal. I will go back for all my phone gear and ask for danish.

Went in for a screen protector install and received the best service from both Jon and Ali. Jon was able to install my screen protector very quickly and they were Covid-19 prepped with their masks lol. I never have any complaints whenever I visit this location and that’s why I continue to come back whenever I need help with my devices.

This store certainly knows the value of customer service job was very patient and professional at helping me with all my issues and questions definitely recommending to family and friends! I looked at the reviews but they dont do justice this store is extraordinary

Me and my fiance came in because we switched to iPhone, and both Jon and Zack were super helpful and explained the entire process so clearly and helped us so perfectly, thank you gentlemen , glad we are metro customers.

I was in this MetroPCS for hours one night trying do figure out how to get my iphone working from ATT. Danish helped me the entire time and he was so patient, understanding and helpful. My experience as far as phone service has led me to this store as my go-to for assistance from now on. I appreciate the awesome customer service!
