P the lady that helped me was was very patient with me. I would go back in the shop anytime I'm thinking about it anyway I need some things in there that they've got so she'll be she'll be there and she'll be nice all I have to do is call her she gave me her card even though that's is great customer service. My hat off to you guys I really like my visit their.

Great service by a great crew of professionals. Super helpful staff, great parking, nice clean orderly showroom. Mr.Daniel Delacruz knows the ins and outs of T-Mobile and got me an awesome service plan that better fits my budget.

My boyfriend and I came to this location after previously being at the Liberty location the same day. We came here because my boyfriend wanted to impulsively trade in his old IPhone 11. Daniel and Jeri were glad to assist us even though it was close to their closing time. It took a lot longer to get his new phone set up since we ran into a few unexpected issues. They went above and beyond to get those issues resolved! They even stayed a hour after closing time to make sure we left with everything in working order! I would highly suggest going to this location for wonderful customer service.

Patrick was great! He helped me find a phone & plan to suit my needs.

I have been trying to cancel my internet by phone for a week. Got nowhere. Went to the store in excelsior springs. In less than 10 min they had everything taken care of. Super friendly highly knowledgeable. I would recommend this store for any of your t mobile needs. They will take great care of you

The only cellular provider that provides their customers with an experience that does not leave all up in your emotions and an empty wallet. Their products are cutting edge, cheap and well worth the time it takes...Wait!

It didn't take anytime, unless you count the years my mother had tó wait for someone to think about offering low cost wifi in an no coverage area. Now that's connectivity!

She was in and out in 10 minutes, true news! Their 5G wifi is phenomenal! I was getting WiFi out in her back yard about 1/2an a re away and it's so easy to hook up if you can plug a cord in you can be a T-Mobile Techie!!
