Foot Locker

Stopped by to grab 2 new pair of shoes.
Fern and Samantha were awesome.
Got home, changed, and went to pick up my 3yr old from daycare. As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.
I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.
They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. I also noticed they had several other shoes I want so I'll be back very soon!

I wonder how much these $250 shoes is really cost to make I wonder if they were made in another country with child labor yeah they probably really only cost a $2 to make at most yep foot locker for sure taking all your money how did we become a civilization of this caliber our creators I don't think would be happy

Great shoes, Great Customer Service, always there when you need them to look for your size color etc. Always amazes me.

Bought some cool kyries here but they got dirty because they were white 😩
