Candace was instrumental in getting a fraudulent purchase removed and suspended from my account when the corporate store did nothing to correct their error.

Stephanie did a great job at helping me figure out an issue with my phone and fixed the problem quickly! Great service!!

Candace was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful with upgrading my phone. Candace went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new phone. I had a great experience even when my phone took 2 hours to transfer and she had to stay later than she had planned she did not complain one time. Thank you for great customer service!

By far this has been the best Verizon store in the area. I had an issue with adding a line that’s a very long story. But needless to say. The staff Travis, Candace, and Cameron were the most helpful people I have ever encountered at any cell phone store. They helped me resolve the issue with my phone that technical support couldn’t even figure.

Candice and Michael were most polite, knowledgeable and efficient taking care of my issue!

Candace was amazing! She is patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was able to multitask and make each customer feel heard and appreciated. She goes out of her way to help. If the rest of the Verizon employees are as professional, we will be very pleased we switched to Verizon.

I will bypass all other Verizon locations just to go to this one! The employees are very knowledgeable and make me feel like I matter as a customer! They always keep you informed about new deals going on but never make you feel unimportant if your not interested at that time! They are there to answer questions and give you the support you need! Shout out to Tyler for all his help and knowledge! If you need phone help definitely go to this location!

Great experience! Ported a number from Sprint/T-Mobile, delivery of ordered iPhone, assembly of new phone with accessories and setup of phone. Lacy and Candace were phenomenal! Leaving the store I knew my new phone AND my bill were correct! No additional trips needed and happy customer!!

There isn’t enough words out there to describe how appropriate I am of Tyler and Candace. These two employees have went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed and wanted was done. Candace Craft Store Manager of the Verizon location at 257 Market St. Winchester VA, gave us exceptional service!!! With temporary stores hours, not only at Verizon but across US, Candace went above and beyond for us as well as two other customers in front of us as we had to wait. We were apologetic to keep her there after the store closed and she said no need to apologize, I want to take care of my customers! It’s really tough to find good customer service anymore as I work as a store manager myself. Verizon should be promoting this young lady, because it’s hard to find good help! Thank you again Candace for your great customer service!

The girls at this store were awesome!!! Candice and Brooklyn were so very helpful in content transfer on my new phone. Where as two other Verizon stores would not help me. They took their time and explained everything about my phone to me. By far the best Verizon store in all of the Winchester area. Will definitely go there for my next upgrade. Strongly recommend one to go there first!!!

These guys have been going to extra mile for me as I try to fight my number away from metro by t-mobile. Great customer service from associates who know what they are doing. If your looking for in person customer service that actually solves your problem, this is the place to go.

Jarrod was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and friendly. When you lose your phone your lost these days. He knew what to offer and the different options. I didn’t feel like I was taken to the cleaners after my visit. I received good value and service there. Will be going back. Great place.

Mike was great. Not only did he get my bill lower, but I was able to replace an old phone. He was very helpful and professional in showing me how to use my new phone. Can't say thanks enough for his knowledge and patience.

My experience at Verizon was nothing short of a miracle. After a river accident with my family, we hit some rapids, our boat nearly tipped over causing a lot of things to fall out including a small platform with all of our phones on it. This was a near disaster as my children were leaving for a school trip to Paris the next morning, and the wife and I going to our get away cabin as well.. It was getting late, too late to make it to our local Verizon. We are not from Winchester, so we frantically asked the staff at the river where the stores were located in the area. We ended up at the verizon store in riuherford crossing about 10 minutes before closing, We rushed to the store on pleasent valley first but apparently they closed an hour early that day.(as they do very often from what i hear)

However a young man, i believe his name was Nocks, was running the store all by himself. When we arrived he was helping 3 customers at the same time. Very impressive and knowledgeable, professional yet very personable demeanor, just a very likable guy. He swiftly finished with the other customers and it was past closing time. We needed 4 new phones. i knew this could take hours but Nocks happily stayed passed closing to set us up with new phones on a new family plan. We got the kids a BUNCH of accessories, and even a hotspot for our home and travels. It was definitely a long process, we didnt leave the store until after 9 o clock, however the experince with Nocks was a great ending to an almost tragic day. He made us feel comfortable and was also great with the kids, a real jokster! My family and I were able to leave for our trips as planned and had a wonderful time, we owe that to the Verizon Store of Rutherford Crossing(NOT PLEASENT VALLEY)

I walked in at 5:57, not knowing that they closed at 6 😬. Candace was super helpful and I was out of there with my new phone all ready to go (with accessories and everything!) at 6:30. Easiest time at Verizon, ever, hands down- best experience. (The best part is there wasn’t a sleazy salesman there hitting on me so that I would buy more! 🎉)

Had a fantastic experience w/ Tyler. He Answered all my questions and concerns. He was so great and personable to work with. Would come back just for him!

Knox helped me find the phone I needed to simplify my personal and work life. He was completely transparent on price and capability and any odd ball questions he knew the answer or found the answer instantly. I would gladly recommend or seek out my future purchases here.
